Nino's Bakery Reviews
A chill little bakery with fantastic pastries, cookies and croissants, as well as quality coffee. Also ordered a cake for my husband's birthday and it was a major hit!
stars)--The sfogliatella and pistachio croissant are excellent. Plain croissant was mediocre. I went on 3 different weekdays, each time between 10 and 11...when I went on Friday, there were only 2 sfogliatella left. This is a tiny bakery with only about 3 tables outside, but you are better off taking your pastries somewhere else because the street is too busy to make for a pleasant dining experience.
Drooling just thinking about it

Nino's Bakery is a must-visit destination for pastry lovers. Known for its amazing croissants, including the pistachio and seasonal raspberry varieties, the bakery offers fresh, high-quality baked goods in great varieties. The pistachio croissant is fluffy, sweet, and full of flavor, comparable to ones enjoyed in Italy. The seasonal raspberry croissant is also highly recommended and deserves a permanent spot on the menu. Customers praise the croissants for being soft, flaky, and delicious, with some saying they are comparable to those in Paris. The bakery offers a unique blend of pastries that are quite special and serve La Colombe coffee. The staff is wonderful and friendly, providing quick service despite limited seating options, which include a bench, a bar, and a few tables outside. The bakery's pastries and cookies are also highly praised, with a special mention to a fresh and delicious custard pastry. A French person has called the croissant simply amazing, with the right amount of butter and pistachio filling. While the indoor space is small, the outdoor tables make it a pleasant place to enjoy treats. The bakery is named after the owner's dog, and dog treats are available, adding to its charm. Due to their popularity, it’s best to arrive early before certain items sell out. Overall, Nino's Bakery offers top-notch treats and excellent customer service, making it a standout in the DMV area.
