No other bakery like Seylou. We travel in to the city every weekend to eat here. The staff is so kind and feels like an extension of our family. They’ve taken my child behind the scenes and shown him how grains are killed and bread is baked. I could not ask for a better community and diet staple.
I’m a bit of a bread nerd and I’m here to say this is the best bread I’ve ever had. I’m from Vermont where we have many skilled artisan bakers, I always sample good bread when I’m traveling, and am a home baker myself, with many hours logged chasing good crumb, crackly crust, and fresh whole grain flavor.
