“Consistently delicious! Normally, I just go for the cookies, cronuts, and petit fours. This time we tried all things savory. We were invited to a German Christmas Market Themed party — very specific I know… Since it was a potluck, we decided to make currywurst. Heidelberg’s brats for the recipe were so good. We also grabbed their huge soft pretzel (yum) and their curry spread (double yum). Whether you go sweet or savory, you can’t go wrong. Love this bakery!“

“This is for the Silver Diner in Chantilly,VA. We live a little over 2 hours away but stopped here for dinner after car shopping and we were not disappointed! My husband and son both had milkshakes and burgers and I got the meatloaf. Classic diner menu but really elevated and creative. Everything was delicious, loved the decor, service was friendly and bathrooms were clean.“

“Hi! I love the food, but I just had a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE at Rosslyn. The person at the counter threw my food at me, was incredibly rude, and laughed at me while I was speaking with the manager. A total lack of respect. Me gusta mucho la comida , pero la atención de la sra de el mostrador fue realmente fatal , me tiró la comida , le pregunté el nombre de forma amable h me dijo que no tenía y después con actitud grosera mientras yo hablaba con el manager , esto daña la imagen de este lugar ! “This is one of my favorite bakeries in the area. I mean truth be told, I live in Bowie Maryland and travel to Arlington specifically for this bakery. If you live in the DMV, then you know how significant this is.

“Village Sweets did an amazing job on cupcakes and a large cookie kit for my daughter’s birthday. They were so fast with communication, even after I changed my mind a couple times. They were so accommodating! And everything was beautiful and delicious. The cookie kit was a huge hit! They even opened the shop early so I could pick everything up on time. Amazing. Would buy again! Would recommend to a friend!“

“Arielle was an amazing host/server. I came in and noticed it was a little busy for a Sunday night and it only looked like it was only 1 server and the bartender helping serve as well. She let me know it might be a little wait, even though it was only me. She gave me recommendations for appetizers, entrees (including every protein option) and even some drink pairings and told me about some new items which I haven’t seen before. I sat for about 8 minutes before she came back letting me know she was going to throw on her apron and help me out so I wasn’t going to be waiting longer. She brought everything out and the Combination Fried Rice was wonderful, Garlic noodles I would give about a 7/10, Dynamite sushi 10/10 and the new Lychee Lemonade was perfect just how she explained. Didn’t see her again for a while but she stopped by letting me know that she was just pitching in to help, told me she had been in overtime, apologized for any inconvenience and asked if I could leave a review and there was no way I couldn’t! Another server Andre would take over, and he did an amazing job as well especially for having to run around and help everywhere! Her energy was very vibrant and so authentic, it was refreshing to have someone be themselves! Andre was very sweet! Food was delicious as always.“

“I’ve been to this cafe so many times and I always get excited to try their new items. Everything they add to the menu has a new taste to it that you can’t find it anywhere else. The spinach and corn shakshuka was incredible. Everything is always perfect. I love this place!“
