The man who picked up the phone was so accommodating and made sure that the customized message had the correct spelling of my name. When the cake was picked up, the lady was extremely lovely and kind. 10/10 would recommend and will be buying another birthday cake (very soon) from this bakery. I have also visited this bakery before to buy a n emergency cake and they have lots in the display case available. Perfect, delicious cakes. The one I got (raspberry chocolate mouse) was semi sweet and light, good for adults.“

“The taiyaki is delicious!!! ? The outside was amazingly fresh and crispy, while inside was all yummy gooey goodness. I usually like a custard flavored taiyaki, but the chocolate won me over with its amazingly strong chocolate flavor. I also had the an/red bean flavored filling, which was generously spilling out. Also delicious. Hard to choose which is the best flavor, so why not go for all 3. You can't go wrong. Only wish you were open on a weekday... As an aside, the customer service was equally as great. Along with the many items that returned since it last operated, the store boasts a fresh, contemporary look and friendly customer service. The sales have risen quite a lot since the original version of the store, but the store constantly offers new products to make the shopping experience worthwhile.
There are already a couple of TRADER JOE'S nearby, which makes this one rather redundant, but it is well worth a visit.“

It was amazing!! the shaved ice part was creamy and fluffy (more like frozen cream, not shaved ice). all the flavors were good but I loved the red bean the most (actually i can go for any except the mango but it's a personal preference kind of thing). it was a tad expensive but I would say it's worth the treat plus the couple (I'm assuming) are lovely and nice. this is definitely our go-to bingsoo place.“

A lot of the negative reviews are shocking as we’ve always had a great experience.

We’ve dined in, had takeout, ordered drinks, pastries, various food items. The espresso based drinks are the best ones we’ve had anywhere on the pike.

Biggest problem is parking, which is out of their control! The landlords repainting to designate larger (even if fewer) spots would help this.“
