“This place is absolutely amazing!! The bakery items are so wonderfully delicious. The girls behind the counter go above and beyond being helpful. If the weather would have been just a few degrees warmer we would have eaten out on the little patio they have. But even the small seating area is comfy with little two top tables.“

The man who picked up the phone was so accommodating and made sure that the customized message had the correct spelling of my name. When the cake was picked up, the lady was extremely lovely and kind. 10/10 would recommend and will be buying another birthday cake (very soon) from this bakery. I have also visited this bakery before to buy a n emergency cake and they have lots in the display case available. Perfect, delicious cakes. The cream was smooth and light, though the pandan flavour was quite subtle.I loved the Baked Siaopao, a slightly flaky bread filled with pulled pork and egg.I bought the Ube Pan de Sal as well, and am so excited to try it!“
“This is an Asian bakery and not European Style. That means much less sugar, very unique flavors, lighter and more flavorful. My daughter and I love the Soufflé and we call in advance. I love the artichoke and spinach, egg tart, and pork and onion bun. If you're open minded and want to try something different, then this is an excellent place. If you want fried sugar or baked butter/sugar then maybe try something else.“

“Since the closing of the Vie de France location in downtown Rockville about 2 years ago, there was a void of a nice French-style bakery and cafe. Enter Paris Bagette, an international chain of French-style bakeries owned by SPC Group and headquartered in Seoul. Paris Bagette offers high-quality products that include a, wide range of classic French breads, tarts, cakes and deserts, but also creative and innovative sweet and savory baked goods with a strong Asian influence. The store is bright, modern, with an interesting blend of French country and minimalist decor. A window yo the street showcases bakers working, which is a nice touch. Paris Bagette also serves a variety of coffee and tea based drinks, hot and cold.There also many sandwich options, both on a cold case and hot, as well as fresh salads, savory pies and other options, including gluten free pastries.I decided to try the most basic product, a French bagette "bâton" It was at least 30% longer than a typical French bagette; the texture was airy, crunchy and the flavor delicious.The service was friendly, efficient and fast. “A nice small cafe for working. Got the french toast for breakfast, and it was fluffy and delicious. Paired well with a mocha latte. They have other breakfast items as well. After a few hours of working, my friend and I bought a tiramisu cake and violet cheesecake. The tiramisu was great, but I personally wouldn't recommend the violet cake. It had a very strong lavender taste, which tasted odd for me. My friend got a almond croissant, and she said it had a good balance of crunch and softness.Parking: There's a parking garage directly behind the cafe, and also an open parking lot further back (a 3 min walk).“
“My husband and I love getting ice cream at Kyoto Matcha. I love the atmosphere and the vibe. We almost always get awesome service. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because one time we ordered a slice of cake to go and we were given a frozen slice. Normally we are asked when we are going to eat it. I asked if we could get a slice that isn’t frozen and the woman helping us didn’t have the best attitude about it. Misunderstandings happen but I don’t think it was handled well that time. The last couple times we’ve come for ice cream have been pleasant. Overall it’s a great place and I’d say one of the best.“
