THE BEST KEPT SECRET IN ROCKVILLE! I've tried pretty much every pastry, cake, coffee, etc and it's all good. Their grapefruit and earl grey tea cakes are amazing. Their Kouign-amann is always my go to. And they take first place in my list beating Tattes in Bethesda.
Very cozy and cute neighborhood cafe that offers variety of savory and sweet pastries as well as sandwiches. The cream donut was just the right amount of fluffy, sweet custard cream on the inside that goes well with any iced latte or cold brew. The prosciutto over sourdough was a hit with an airy balance between the fig jam, the creamy burrata and the slight crunch from the sourdough. It is a great light breakfast and brunch item. such a cute bakery. their egg and cheese croissant is so good specially when you add bacon! i love their iced lattes and the strawberry matcha with cold foam.

Mirabeau is a charming coffee shop known for its trendy murals and bright, cheerful atmosphere. The pastries are delicious and fresh, while the ham and cheese croissant is a standout. The coffee is strong, and they offer alternative milks. Service is attentive, and the staff are super friendly. The decor is modern, and seating is limited, but finding a spot in the window is easy. Some pastries may be a bit dry, but everything is super tasty and fresh tasting. Sandwiches are delicious, though they can be a bit pricey. Mirabeau is a great spot to support a local small business and enjoy a tasty treat. This wonderful little French bakery is run by an Asian American pastry chef who studied in France. Their pastries are excellent, probably the best in Rockville and surrounding areas. The turkey on ciabatta sandwich and the Parmesan cheesecake with figs were outstanding. The strawberry matcha and checkered cookie were perfect, not too sweet. The espresso is good.
