Poor service at drive thru ruined experience. Went on a Saturday night at about 830. It was busy which was not surprising. Order was wrong on multiple fronts. Drive thru attendant was flat out wrong about what came on some burgers. Drive thru attendant also tried to rush us constantly even though we were trying to make sure the order was right.

First I would like to start by saying when you get fast food. You should already go with the expectation of already knowing what you're getting in terms of quality. With that being said, my issue is not with the food it's with the constant issue of having to come back because they have not given me everything I ordered. The last two times I had to make a return trip because something was missing. Luckily, I do not live too far away, but it is inconvenient to have to do so. This review is more of a warning to others. The food is what it is, but be sure you have everything before leaving the drive-through window.

Usually have really good experiences here, but for some reason we go through the drive through and they tell us they’re only accepting cash. We park and try to order on the mobile app and it says the location is closed, but it isn’t. We pull back around to ask if they take Apple Pay instead of cash, but the person at the front takes our order without telling us they only take cash not even 5 minutes after we parked and watched 4 people go through the drive through. Don’t know why they’re only taking cash and then we pull right back up and suddenly they’re not. If the systems were down for a second they could’ve told us that. Also per usual a “broken” ice cream machine.Then we get our food and suddenly the mobile order begins working and I order a McFlurry and then I go to get it she huffs then said well “it’s off” I asked when I’d get a refund she said in a day so we’ll see

The staff are not professional. Rude and incompetent. They have moments where they are professional. They need to get rid of the rude staff. The short Hispanic girl and the black lady manager laugh at the customers and when they have to own up to what they do. They stay quiet

Ordered 2 McChicken with mcsause and cheese, nuggets, a medium fries, and a mocha frappe and specifically asked the drive thru person for extra mocha drizzle and caramel drizzle for my mocha. The drive thru person goes “sorry I was helping another costumer I did hear what you said. I repeated my order twice. Got my frappe with no extra drizzle and only received one mcchicken when I was charged for two. When I told the manager on duty I asked for extra drizzle on my frappe she replied with an attitude “no” and closed the window on me. Terrible experience I had tonight, would love my money back.

The manger was rude & she kept trying to say we didn’t pay for a mchicken . My friend wanted to get some sauce and the manager started yelling at him saying it’s $0.25 cent. She was racist and rude.

There is no comfort to consume your purchased food, in winter they do not have heating, and it is very cold????recommend ordering it to go, and eating it in your respective cars, or homes, blessings
