“I had went to the dollar store to get some cleaning supplies and got hungry so I came in to get food, I haven’t ate subways in like 5 years plus Mrs. Zulma and Mrs. Linsee helped me made the whole process easy for me again very helpfully and gave me good scoops as well Food was delicious too. “Overall, we had a great experience. I try not to read reviews before visiting a restaurant because I prefer to judge it for myself. We chose this Outback because we wanted a sit-down dinner without driving to Rockville or downtown Silver Spring.

I hadn't visited this location in over 10 years after a bad experience with a broken Alfredo sauce that the staff couldn't resolve, but I figured it was time to give them another chance.

We started with the warm bread and butter, then ordered appetizers. There was a mix-up because the menu at our table differed from the one in the lobby, but our server, Michael, quickly corrected our order without any issues. The appetizers were fresh and flavorful. The only minor criticism was that the chips with the spinach dip were just a little overdone.

For dinner we ordered the Kingsland Steak & Shrimp Pasta, Queensland Chicken & Shrimp Pasta, and the Filet with Alice Springs Chicken and a grilled shrimp skewer. The Caesar salads (with ranch instead of Caesar dressing and no croutons for my son) were fresh and prepared exactly as requested. I accidentally ordered the wrong pasta, but Michael immediately fixed it. He kept our drinks full, timed everything well, and all of our food came out hot and fresh.

The only issue was with seating. Another party that arrived after us was seated first and received their food well before we did. I spoke with the hostess, Cindy, who explained that she calls multiple parties at once. While she acknowledged my concern, I believe seating guests in arrival order creates a better first impression. As someone who has worked in the restaurant industry, I know a guest's experience begins the moment they walk through the door, and those first impressions can affect the entire meal.

One other observation was that service overall seemed a bit slower than expected despite plenty of open tables. It may have been staffing or workflow, but it's something worth improving.

That said, Michael provided excellent service, the food was fresh and delicious, and this visit definitely restored my confidence in this location. I'd happily return.“

“My apologies for the late review!!! I had a great experience at Checkers a couple weeks ago thanks to one of the employees who really went above and beyond. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything in my order was right. You can tell she actually cares about the customers, which made the visit a lot better.The food was also on point. We have an abundance of restaurants in our area of all types, but we were lacking a place where you could enjoy American classics and great steaks and lamb chops, or explore classics of Middle Eastern, Italian or French cuisines. That gap has been filled by District Bistro. Quality ingredients, unique preparations, and stellar service make for an exceptional dining experience. You might walk right past this place because it is in an unassuming storefront next to its sister restaurant, Frank's Burgers, but walking by would be a mistake. Go inside--you won't regret it.“

“Firehouse Deli, as the name suggests, is 🔥🔥. Large vegan selection and portions, but they also have plenty of meat options. Pictured are the vegan corned beef Reuben and the vegan thai chicken wrap. My goal is to try everything on the vegan menu at some point! They also have a breakfast menu from 8am-11am. Finally, I want to point out when you order something vegan, they circle the V. I really appreciate that because I'm sure it helps to avoid mix ups in the kitchen. Glad this deli exists since many other delis have limited vegan game.“

My mom accidentally dropped half of her sandwich, and without us even asking, the staff immediately offered to make her a new one. That level of kindness and customer service really stood out.

“This location has been my neighborhood Shake Shack for the past few years, but I'm just getting to write a review due to the excellent service we received today. My family and I dined in for a quick lunch, and it was the first time I was attended to with such care and diligence at a Shake Shack location! I didn't get the young gentleman's name, but an employee came around 2-3 times to check in on us and clear our plates almost immediately after our meal. I later found out he went out of his way to help take my family's order with ease when they had to transfer it from the self-serve kiosk to the cashier. Food was what you would expect (my lettuce wrap was a bit soggy from sitting around, so maybe preparing that last would be helpful), overall great experience!“

“A must go to, at least once. I got a meal with spicy chicken, spaghetti, a mango drink, and an ube pie. The ube pie was one of the best fast food desserts I’ve had. Crispy, airy outside with a hot, sweet, ube rich filling. The spaghetti has a seeet tang and was delightfully unique. The chicken definitely competes with some of the best like Popeyes. Only complaint is that it’s a bit pricey for fast food chicken.“

“Went to Five Guys last night to get burgers and fries for dinner. Been a long time since I have been there. The facility is clean and well staffed. People were friendly and efficient. They were busy but processed my order quickly. I ordered one little cheeseburger with catchup and one little cheeseburger all they way along with a small order of fries to share. Five Guys has gotten a bit pricey but so has everyone else. $22.33 was the final tally. The burgers were great, juicy, done right. The all the way burger was loaded up and a meal in itself. Great soft buns that hold up until you are finished completes the sandwich. A small fries is all you need for two to share. They fill the cup up then dump more in the bag. The only complaint I have is Five Guys Fries are never crispy. That is there style. They are very good but a bit on the greasy side. But we ate it all up anyways! Enjoyed the meal, a special treat.“

“This Taco Bell is my 24 hour go to!! The food is excellent & the staff is perfectly friendly. They serve alcohol too but I haven’t had any of it. People seem to enjoy it though. The location is perfect for concert goers as it’s directly next to The Fillmore. I however try to start my day here with breakfast most days. It’s delicious & a perfect eating out treat while sticking with a daily budget. Each Tuesday they have their “Tuesday Drops” through their app & while sometimes they offer limited edition merch usually they’re offering $1 special menu item ranging from Mexican Pizza to Nacho Fries to whatever is newest on the menu.
