“My apologies for the late review!!! I had a great experience at Checkers a couple weeks ago thanks to one of the employees who really went above and beyond. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything in my order was right. You can tell she actually cares about the customers, which made the visit a lot better.The food was also on point. The fries were fresh and tasted like they were cooked in clean oil — which makes a huge difference because sometimes they can taste old or mixed with other fryer items. Everything came out hot and fresh. Overall, excellent service and great food. Employees like her really make the experience stand out.“

This one charges .50 most places charge zero. Some places charge 1.50. there's a training opportunity across the franchise.“

“I absolutely love this location. This is one of the few Burger Kings in Frederick that still has an outdoor playground. The restaurant is always kept very clean. As soon as the table leaves, they literally wiped down the tables. Their drive-through is fast and efficient. And the food is always made fresh. I know it would be easy to "just give food", but the group of people in this Roy's do it with a compassion and professionalism that is just perfect. Our site provided the Red Cross with fifty units of blood today and the Roy's is an integral part of that accomplishment. “This has nothing to do with their food or the inside. However I saw them do something a few minutes ago that I need to share for them. A lady was evicted and she sat outside all night with her stuff so nobody would take it. Today she got a uhaul and was hauling all her furniture alone. I didn’t see anybody she knows helping or just anybody in general helping. Until today I saw employees at five guys helping her load the truck. They went beyond their job title. It was just truly awesome of them to do this.“

“I'm not a fast food eater, except for Chick Fil A and burger king. The hamburgers are edible, large, and flame grilled. Tomato and lettuce always seem fresh. I get the whopper. “Telma and Alka are amazing they are so kind, they are very sweet, everytime I got in there with or without my boyfriend they already know what I like. The places is always clean and they never disappoint with the conversations. Genuinely a really nice place to eat at and a great work environment. They seem to value their customers and you don’t get that with a lot of places. These two women are the only two I see working at this location and are so hardworking if I could give them a raise I would. Happy with my service and the location 😆“

“I love the Olney location. We get Papa John's about twice a month and prefer this location. We always get take out. All of the employees we encounter are always friendly, pleasant, professional and helpful. Every single time, it is a positive experience.“

Used the drive thru and the cashier was friendly and professional. Ordered a Party Pack (12 tacos) and a Large Sweet Tea. Pulled up to cashier, paid and received my drink. Cashier asked me to pull into the parking lot and wait. Not really an issue, but not sure why if no one was behind me, or never came after I received my order.

Meal was delicious! And they remembered to include all the sauces I ordered!
