About over a month ago I was sent a kits to heart box and I couldn’t believe how there were so many things in the box, everything was made from the heart of someone truly special who volunteered their time to make someone else smile and make them feel cared about while battling this bad disease.. everything was so heart warming…from the encouraging cards, cute sticks that were hand made ( SpongeBob was the best and the fry sticker ), the hand made birds, hearts, facial products, the silky smooth chapstick, the wash cloths, water bottle, crossword puzzle book, other magazines and items. I am thankful from all my heart. “I absolutely love this location. This is one of the few Burger Kings in Frederick that still has an outdoor playground. The restaurant is always kept very clean. As soon as the table leaves, they literally wiped down the tables. Their drive-through is fast and efficient. And the food is always made fresh. “On a whim, went thru the drive thru tonight on my way home from work and was greeted by a well spoken, friendly, courteous voice taking my order. No rush, no “you’re bothering me” tone I hear at other places. Wamala (I think that’s the right spelling) greeted me at the window with a smile and quick service. Hot fries, ice cold tea, reasonable cost and a friendly employee. You can’t get any better than that!“

“Classic Moby Dick. What you would expect if you walked into any of their stores. This one is small with only a few tables and it does feel pretty tight. There are 2 tables for outdoor seating which is nice! Navigating with a toddler is fun inside especially when we have to use the booster seat.“

The issue was user error. Long story short, I thought part of my order was missing so I went back to the restaurant and told them that I was missing part of my order. They took care of me right away with no problem. I’ve been to restaurants where, despite their mistake the customer service is still horrible and they take no accountability. This 5 guys location replaced my order instantly. When I got home I noticed I placed my Cajun fries in a different bag. “Great stop for personal pizza. You can customize with different sauces and cheeses. The mini is pretty small but the medium size is a solid portion for a great price. They also have plant based cheese and plant based sausage which is a great option for vegan eaters. Really liked the pesto sauce and the buffalo! Very nice service!“

“I placed a delivery order through the app and one of the Build Your Own Luxe Boxes was missing. When I went back to the restaurant, the manager fixed the issue immediately. It turned out the problem wasn’t the restaurant’s fault- the delivery driver had accidentally left part of the order in their car.

Even though it wasn’t their mistake, the manager was incredibly kind, helpful, and quick to make things right. Unfortunately, I didn’t get his name, but he provided excellent customer service and deserves recognition. Thank you for going above and beyond!“

“Food was good. Only complaint was there a a homeless man at the front door inside shouting at anyone who came in asking to use your phone to call his phone cuz he lost it. Made me a little unsettled and the staff did nothing about it for a long time. They let him use the store phone a few times and no luck. So he continues to shout at anyone coming in the door to use there phones.“

“Telma and Alka are amazing they are so kind, they are very sweet, everytime I got in there with or without my boyfriend they already know what I like. The places is always clean and they never disappoint with the conversations. Genuinely a really nice place to eat at and a great work environment. They seem to value their customers and you don’t get that with a lot of places. These two women are the only two I see working at this location and are so hardworking if I could give them a raise I would. Happy with my service and the location 😆“
