Nice & efficient staff !!
a really yucky day, sometimes you just need to reconnect with your inner child—and McDonald’s did exactly that for me! My Filet-O-Fish was hot, fresh, and delicious, and the entire meal was amazing. It was the simple comfort I needed at just the right moment. Thank you, McDonald’s in Frederick, for such a great experience. Sometimes the little things can completely turn your day around. Gotta love McDonald’s! ❤🍟

Haven't been to this McDonald's in a while because I never really liked it. But fully remodeled and the staff was lovely. A very pleasant visit. Will definitely start going again.

McDonald's is a fast-food restaurant where customers can order through self-service kiosks or the app. While some customers have had positive experiences with friendly staff, such as a manager who provided great customer service, others have encountered issues with their orders. Some have reported receiving incomplete orders, like missing hash browns or breakfast burritos, when picking up through the drive-thru. Additionally, some customers have experienced poor attitudes from staff, including unfriendly interactions and unfulfilled orders. Despite these issues, the restaurant aims to provide quick service and a variety of menu items, including fries and ice cream. The restaurant features a small playspot inside and a drive-thru for convenience. Service after midnight has been praised for being friendly, with hot and fresh food, and customers are encouraged to use the app for rewards like free fries and sweet teas. The staff's friendly greetings and smiles, especially during the holiday season, are appreciated and help create a welcoming atmosphere. Parking is plentiful, and it is a kid-friendly and wheelchair-accessible location.
