“It was the review for me that caught my attention, that’s why it’s very important to rate restaurants on the customer service and the quality of food. Me and my daughter visited yesterday and the wings and fries were delicious, we also tried the Atlantis dog, which is the chili and cheese hotdog. I love the fact the our food was still hot especially our fries were boxed in a brown box container which I love because the fries were still hot and not soggy even when we got home our fries were still not soggy and I love that. Coming from Providence, RI we know all about great, authentic Italian food and this restaurant was superb. “The BEST a authentic Italian food in Maryland - full stop. My Italian grandmother would eat here and be proud. Their handmade pasta texture is perfection. The carrot in their bolognese is the perfect mix of identifiable without being overbearing. The bureaus is texturally exceptional, and we order two orders of Arancini because my husband and I refuse to share them. RUN, Don’t walk… but save a table for me.”

“First time here, will definitely return. Authentic, fantastic food. Pho broth was a dream - balanced, rich and super fresh. Bahn mi sandwich / pork was moist, fresh, and the fixings were thoroughly on point. They make their own mayo/sauce and also they mix their own quatre epices / a basic spice used in Vietnamese cooking that often can be overwhelming. You can see the pride of food, and hospitality. Super clean bathrooms. I also noted frequent and thorough cleaning of restaurant surfaces. Friendly and warm service. Super generous in portions, and most other plates I was eyeing / while inhaling my own, looked delicious. If you travel through Frederick Md make this a must stop by place. We will definitely put this on our must return to, list.”

“May be the best pupusas in town. And may also be the best I've ever eaten. Simple, tasty and clean. Plenty of people cooking and serving. I had a rice flour "loca" and it was delicious! Highly recommended.”

“Food was fantastic. it was just so delicious but they don't have a lot of gluten-free options. So I ended up getting a Cobb salad and their candid bacon. Also we probably had every server come up to our table and ask us if we needed anything if you wanted to place an order if we need a refill so a little hard to say who served us and if they gave us excellent service because every time somebody came to the table it was somebody different but the food was good.”

“What a great meal with fantastic service at The Tasting Room in Frederick Maryland.We were gifted a very generous gift card to this restaurant. We had eaten here in the past, but had the opportunity to head back here. We used OpenTable and booked our reservation several weeks in advance. Mostly because of our schedule, but we’re excited to go back.Our server was Jessica and she was probably one of the best servers we have had in the past two years. Extremely knowledgeable about the wines, and very strong on the menu selections. Professional and attentive. If I could give her six stars, I would.For dinner we started with a Black Martini and a Lily Pad. Jessica explained the drink to us so we went with it and was not disappointed. With dinner we had a bottle of Inglenook Zinfandel. Delicious.For food we started with the Panko Shrimp and the charcuterie board. The cheese selection was very good and the elk sausage was tasty. For main courses we all had the filet. Great presentation with oval trivets and cast iron plates with each filet. Tender and cooked to perfection with a side of béarnaise sauce which was some of the best I have ever had. So so good! You also received as a side dish potatoes au gratin. Very good! We also ordered a side of Brussels sprouts for the table. For desserts Jessica recommended the “warm chocolate toffee Bundt cake”. It was so delicious. Could have eaten two! We also had the “lemon meringue parfait”. Light and tasty. We rounded out the meal with Peruvian Dark Roast Coffee. Outstanding.The restaurant is cozy and well decorated. Take the opportunity and look up at the beautiful ceilings that permeate throughout the restaurant. In addition, if you are seated next to a window look across the street at the “Angel” painting. So interesting.Overall, the meal and service were just outstanding. Yeah it is on the expensive side (but we had drinks, apps and dessert) but I will go back. It really was perfection and worth every penny.Parking: Parking is available across the street in a paid large parking garage. Several garages around.Wheelchair accessibility: Restaurant is on first floor so no steps but aisles are tight between tables.”

“My sister and I are on a road trip from Florida to Cape May NJ…. We love eating at local places that come highly recommended. The Silver Diner did not disappoint! The Farm to Table menu is amazing with something for everyone! Our server, Michael S was knowledgeable and friendly and the night supervisor, Caitlynn, was great! Friendly, welcoming atmosphere. The lemon hummus salad… to die for!!”

“We celebrated my son’s 17th birthday here and it did not disappoint! The staff were friendly and attentive - multiple people stopped by to fill our water throughout the evening. The decor was really nice with a variety of textures (wood, brick, fabrics, metal). The food was amazeballs. My son and I had the filet and my husband had the duck. And, because it was a celebration, we got 3 different desserts . The chocolate cake was so good, I dropped my fork. We will definitely be back!”

“Yesterday my family was celebrating the 19th anniversary of the adoption of our three sons who are now in their mid-to-late 20's. Viktorija was our server, and she was phenomenal. She was very attentive, lots of fun and engaging, and made our afternoon really enjoyable for all of us. One of the best servers we've had - anywhere. None of us live in the area - it was half way for each of us, coming from PA and/or VA, so sadly we won't get to visit Viktorija more often. But we wanted to recognize her because she should be applauded for her excellent service.”

“Service is amazing! Food was great. I ordered the steak salad and it was delicious, although the steak required 20 chews to swallow. Despite that, it was tender and tasted good. Maybe just sinewy? I'm super picky. Overall a fantastic dining experience. Besides the creepy guy sneezing and snotting next to me at the bar. :). Their prime rib is $70 so I'm definitely trying that as a birthday treat in July.”

“We tried Ricci Italian restaurant today for lunch. Our waiter was amazing and so was all of our food choices. We especially liked the Brussel sprouts and all our pasta dishes. We will be coming back!”

“My husband loves Thai food, so we had to visit. Found the eatery sandwiched between other stores, no problem. Parking was plentiful. Hostess seated us promptly. The waitress quickly brought our drinks. We shared the pork steamed dumplings which were really good. I had the shrimp Pad Thai. So good! And so much I couldn't finish. My husband the Beef Street fried rice. Very tasty. Our friend had Prik Khing which was tasty and spicy. Servings were generous and we were all very happy. Atmosphere was very nice. Waitress was attentive and courteous. Would definitely return the next time I am in the area. Highly recommended you visit.”

“My daughter and I had spent an afternoon in Frederick and wanted to try this place because I had heard of it before, so it was our first time being here and it was a very early dinner for us. I didn't realize how expensive dinner was the plate I was looking to order was $40 and I just couldn't justify that on that day because I had already spent so much money. The receptionist tried to make me go upstairs and then try to make me sit in some high chairs after I told her that I had a bad knee, so that was kind of annoying. But our waiter was a delight, and super friendly. While we were waiting for our dinner which was a salad and an order of poutine, a nice young man brought us over a sample of some soup. That soup was delicious! In fact everything we had was delicious including the French onion soup that I ordered. I had never had a french onion soup like that it was probably the best ever! We would definitely be back for lunch and a butterscotch creme brulee that I didn't get to order because I was stuffed and we had to run.”

“I've only been to JoJo's for their late moght offerings, but it is unmatched for that in the Frederick area. In particular, their chicken tenders, fried pickles, and truffle freas never disappoint. They have an often changing and always satisfying taplist of local craft brews. I come here about once a week.”

“My husband and I had lunch here today, and it was fabulous! The restaurant was spotless, and bathrooms were freshly cleaned. The food was tasty, came out quick, and met all of our expectations. Our server Adrianna was very kind and quick to take our order. There was only one little mix-up over a diet soda that's was quickly and kindly fixed by our server.I had the cinnamon roll crepes that were absolutely delicious. They were very sweet (which I was expecting). The dish itself was balanced. Just know the sweetness builds. I recommend a savory side dish to accompany it. I enjoyed some perfectly cooked bacon alongside my hashbrowns. My husband was also very pleased with his order. I absolutely recommend this restaurant.”

“I brought my bike in for repair Saturday afternoon and met with Scott. After stating I was interested in bare bones rehab, he looked over the bike. He took the bike and called later that day with an itemization that would have the bike road ready. The price was reasonable so I gave the green light. The NEXT day I received a calll that the repairs had been completed and the bike was ready for pickup. The work was completed to specifications and the bike looked amazing. This bike shop/restaurant is cetainly a place to visit. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable and the biscotti is great too. Please go and visit!!”

Friendly and accurate service, condiments fully stocked, tables cleaned frequently and one of favorites is the cod which was perfectly cooked with fresh crispy fries. Love the ability to make horseradish mustard too. We will be back!”

“As a transplant from Texas, we have been searching and trying a lot of Mexican restaurants. This little restaurant tucked away in a shopping center was a pleasant surprise. Wife liked her margarita and beef enchiladas. I enjoyed my carne asada with yucca and plantains. It is probably one of the better Mexican (type) restaurants in Fredrick area if we do not consider Guapo’s and Ixtapalapa.”

“We had a wonderful dinner at B. Andersons! I ordered the oxtails over rice and cabbage, Amy had the meatloaf, candied yams and Mac & cheese. The food was SPECTACULAR! The oxtails were the best I’ve ever had! It’s obvious that most folks order takeout, but there’s something to be said for eating in. It’s almost as if you’re a part of what’s going on, and we made a few new friends tonight, and that’s always special! Portions are very generous, and I can’t wait to come back and try another entree and some of the other sides!”

“I get very picky with Korean food because I know what authentic Korean food tastes like. Having said that, Sogongdong@Frederick is equal if not better than many Korean restaurants in Korea serving tofu soup. In fact any dish Sogongdong House serves (eg bibimbab or japchae) tastes authentic- so you can choose with confidence.Pricing is really competitive, since I don't have to go back Korea to taste home food hehe. At this price it is a no-brainer for quality food. So when I get tired of the local food with simple x-y axis of sweet and salty as the only dimensions of flavor, I come here to do a palate indulgence and remind myself of the depth of flavor I am capable of appreciating. Seafood tofu soup is amazing. If I don't pay attention I end up sipping the soup and cross my eyes to stare into the abyss of warmth that my soul envelops around. Service is great- you can walk over to the stall and ask for a bit more kimchi and they will gladly top it up. Ambience is very casual as it is a food court, great for in-promptu family dinner and the kids are hugely entertained by a korean stationery store and robo-picker games. It also helps that there is sushi, fried chicken and dumplings from other stalls as well, making this place a one-stop world-cuisine.”

What they do, they do with supreme excellence. Pricing is most fair considering the generosity of the serving sizes; definitely a place to share a plate and not to feel bad about it. The "West of Santa Fe" salad hits the sweet spot of what they are best at; Tex-Mex and California cuisine with an upscale feel. Good selection of craft beers too for happy hour or maybe an early dinner before a Frederick Keys game, as we have done many times in the past. Don't let the business park location and industrial feel fool you. Very obviously the restaurant is run by foodies. One note: sub-optimal place for a business lunch or for (say) senior citizens despite the great accessibility: its austere and thus, loud inside. One can come back here dozens of times and not be bored.”

Plant based all vegan restaurants are very rare and I did not want to miss my opportunity. I selected the Falafel Bowl and it did not disappoint! Yes, the falafel were a little on the dry side because it is baked and not fried. I enjoyed the healthier version and the taste was very good. I did not like that she pulled lettuce greens from a container and placed it in my bowl, note that I typically rinse all of my greens before eating. I still remain hesitant about the cleanliness of the place. However, I would return and recommend this restaurant. The food was very fresh and the taste was good as well. I like supporting local. The food was much fresher than anything I have had at a chain establishment.”

“The place is attached to the old mother brewery and has parking at the gravel and grind, which is just around the corner. It has a main entrance and an enterence through the old mother. The service there is fast I haven't had difficulty getting food even during rush hours. The burgers are a must have and while some of the burger combos like the peanut butter one sound weird they are good and definitely worth trying. All of the burgers even the more plain ones taste less than extraordinary. I will say I am not a fan of the sweet potato fries but it is just cause they are sweet.”

“This place has the BEST Pho, food! I have been telling all my friends and family about this place. Though, I do want to share an odd experience we had 2 nights ago. We were a party of 3, all ordered Pho soup and summer rolls. We got our food but had to ask several times for the sprouts and peppers that come with it. After the 3rd request, the waitress said, well we don't always give that because we are running low. WHAT? First, who orders Pho and doesn't expect to get the sprouts? Second, if they were running low, isn't that something she should have disclosed when we ordered? I understand there may be a few people who don't use the condiments, but in that case, ask?! When we said the 4th time we wanted the sprouts etc, she definitely had an attitude. We had to ask multiple times for water, honey for our tea. The service sometimes leaves a little to be desired, and the wait times are not often accurate, but the food is excellent!”

“My partner and I had a great lunch here. The food was great; I got a prosciutto and mozzarella panini and an almond rose latte. Everything was fresh and delicious. The owners and staff are really good people, they even brought us a free sample of one of their refreshers during our meal. I absolutely recommend giving them a try.”

“Yesterday my family was celebrating the 19th anniversary of the adoption of our three sons who are now in their mid-to-late 20's. Viktorija was our server, and she was phenomenal. She was very attentive, lots of fun and engaging, and made our afternoon really enjoyable for all of us. One of the best servers we've had - anywhere. None of us live in the area - it was half way for each of us, coming from PA and/or VA, so sadly we won't get to visit Viktorija more often. It has the classic “American Chinese restaurant” feel to it which I expected the white China plates with blue details etc etc.Fantastic service, good sized portions, and great flavors. This place has become one of my favorite places for delivery during my work week. I had paid over the phone with my CC and told them I would tip cash, someone else signed for me and didn’t tell me they had arrived and let them leave without me giving a tip. The business called and asked if I had wanted to do a tip on my card and I had zero issue with them calling me. She also ordered the Grandma's Sampler platter. The food was fairly stocked up in my opinion. My biggest disappointment was the steak station.
