Located right in the heart of North Market Street, I would eat at this location every day if possible. There's always a friendly face behind the counter, and the clientele has always had the ideal decorum. for a place that has probably the same square footage as your living room. The bathrooms are always clean, I just wish there was more seating so I can bring more people by at once.“
“I ordered my son a chocolate mouse cake online. We loved it, in fact it was better then a previous cake I bought for much more money. This one was only $31. “Heard about this place from some hoagie friends. Stopped in for an Italian cold cut but ended up with a muffaletta after I learned the olive salad is house-made. It was good and everything was high quality but the olive salad was lacking much flavor. Didn’t fix my craving for the oily, vinegary, hots, etc. that I was craving with the Italian. I’ll go with the Italian next time and I’m sure it will be delicious.“

“Probably one of the best ice cream places in town. There is so much seating and the staff is very friendly. I got c is for cookie and the homie who served me gave me extra Oreo toppings for free since he thought the scoop he gave me did not have chocolate chips in it. I do wish there was more variety and more flavors. Otherwise it is very good ice cream. I will absolutely be going back.“
“We came here for a Saturday afternoon treat. The employee was friendly and helped scoop some samples to help us decide which flavors to get. I got one scoop on a sugar cone (waffle cones were not available that day). One scoop ($3.49) is more like two scoops! The kid size ($2.99) is closer to one scoop. They had a variety of flavors to choose from - coffee, cappuccino chip, mint chocolate chip, moose tracks, peanut butter swirl, extreme chocolate, butter pecan, strawberry, etc. You can get sundaes with toppings, milkshakes, sno-cones, root beer floats, and soft serve. They even have frozen dog treats (though no pets are allowed inside). On a cold rainy day, we were able to enjoy our ice cream inside where they have three diner stools and a small counter. On a nice day, there's ample seating outdoors to enjoy the weather. They even have a pinball prize machine that gives out bouncy balls - and if you get a pool ball prize, you can win a free soft serve! While the ice cream was the popular choice, they also have fudge and more decadent chocolate candies available. Their chocolate candy display sure was tempting! This was a nice stop in Frederick for dessert and everything was reasonably priced.“

“This is my favorite Coldstone by far. The ice cream is always perfect but it´s my GIRLS Hailey, Gabby, and Julia that every time I come greet customers with a smile and great customer service. I had ABOVE and beyond service this week when due to many compounded concussions (which they didn´t know of) memory loss is something that gets worse. I completely forgot to ask for dark chocolate instead of regular chocolate and I was so sad! The girls asked me if I wanted them to remake it and I felt really, really bad about making them do that but they did it happily. They always give generous portions so you feel like you get your money´s worth all around. These girls need a raise, they are the best!!!“

“I visited this new location of Rita's. There was no line so we got our gelati's quickly; however, they have an outdoor walk up window to make service quickly in the summer when there are long lines. Parking is a little confusing as all the spots say reserved and appear to be for the live work units but I didn't have any trouble since we were there quickly. The cashier (also possibly the owner) was very friendly...however the small cup did appear significantly smaller than the other frederick Rita's locations. Overall a good experience and delicious Italian ice per usual!“
“I was accidentally given the wrong order and realized when I got home. The manager/owner was quickly responsive and said I could come back to get the correct order and an additional free treat for the inconvenience. The staff was friendly when I returned for the correct order. Mistakes happen. I appreciate the excellent customer service in correcting my order.“
“We took our niece for some frozen yogurt at her request. We were initially greeted by the smell of dirty cleaning water that was probably used to mop the floors. The scent was bad enough for me to leave if it were just me and I hadn't made a promise to get her froyo. Three ladies were at the counter filling toppings and checking people out. One greeted us with a very friendly "hello" and a salutation as we left. Another woman Swiffer mopped the floors, while the third disappeared into the back. Despite the poor smell, the location looked very clean and well attended. The frozen yogurt options were all in service and the toppings were full. Their special yogurt of the month is a chocolate hazelnut (think Nutella). They also have the classic tart, cookies and cream, cheesecake, strawberry, mango Dole, vanilla, peanut butter, cotton candy, chocolate, and so much more. The toppings included everything from fresh fruit (but no strawberries) to fruity boba to candy chunks. We had three 12 oz bowls of frozen yogurt with various amounts of contents and our total came to $25.“

“THE STAFF IS WONDERFUL! My son wanted a little ice cream, so we went in and he was excited for his Red Velvet Cake ice cream. So the kind gentleman gives him an extra large scoop. My boy is all smiles. I go to pay for it but the computer is down at the moment. He says pay it later when you come back next time. I'm grateful for the generosity, and my boy is too. Tell them I said thanks when you drop in for a scoop! :-)“
“We absolutely love having Hoffman Brothers here in Frederick. Taharka Bros is our favorite ice cream and thanks so this place we can indulge in our faves as often as we’d like (and keep the freezer stocked)! If you haven’t tried their ice cream, the Honey Graham is a MUST. My personal favorite is Chocolate Love- chocolate ice cream with an Oreo swirl. As close to heaven as it gets! ?“
