We visited during the Fire & Ice Festival, so I can't speak to how it normally is, but they handled us without much delay and were friendly. My wife and I got milkshakes, her's was vegan with vegan oat milk whipped cream. We aggreed that both were good but not as punchy a flavor as we've had in the past. Quant little place with tons of speciality sodas and candy for a surprisingly affordable price. Saw tons of products that we had never seen before and were eager to try, and my group ended up leaving with lots of new soda flavors to try & a good bit of specialty
