“This is a new restaurant that is still working out the kinks. There was some confusion at the host/hostess stand about who was being seated where. Service was decent for a new place but still it was a little slow. The food was quite good. One of us had Chicken Marsala which was very good but it didn't have a traditional marsala sauce. Whatever it was, it was tasty. The other had Veal Parm. It was also quite good but the pasta sauce had an unusual flavor that was slightly off-putting We would be happy to return and try some other dishes but for one factor: Fox News on the TV in the bar. Watch it at home if you like but don't make me watch it.“

“My wife and I are away for the weekend and found ourselves too tired to go out to eat so we cancelled our reservation and decided to order takeout.
My wife mentioned pizza and pulled Pasquale’s listing from the phone, perpetually stuck to her face, so we looked at the mahhhvelous reviews and decided to give it a shot. .
Quick note: Frederick Md. shuts down early!
D likes cheese pizza so cheese it was. I pulled into this small strip of storefronts and parked right in front of Pasquale’s. I put the car in park and jumped out to get the pizza. Why you ask? Because whilst I was running around Frederick like a chicken with my head cut off, D was back at the room doing god knows what.
I entered Pasquale’s and the young man sweeping immediately looked up with a bright smile and said “Hello sir” which tells me all I need to know about how well run a business is. A woman met me at the counter with a big smile and asked, “How can I help you?” I gave her my name and was out the door in literally 2 minutes.
I have to say the price for a large cheese pizza with extra cheese was only $17. This pizza back in Boston would easily cost twice as much.
Now for the reason you’re reading this. The pizza was outstanding! It was thin and sauced perfectly with a lot of cheese on top and every aspect of this pizza was just outstanding. I would absolutely go back again and again.
The pizza parlor is incredibly clean and bright and this was late at night which is even more impressive.
Congratulations to Pasquale’s. You’re doing it right!!

Parking: Plenty of parking spots amongst this small row of stores.“

“Certainly won’t be visiting this location again for a while, we ordered soup and had traces of plastic material looking or similar to a piece of glass. Manager respond was not even what I was expecting. Like they did not even care about it.“

“I wasn't planning on leaving a review, however, that all changed when a very sweet man named Daniel, who is an employee but was off the clock, made the three of us beautiful origami cranes. He walked by our table with a bag and asked us if we would be interested in having a piece of origami. He waited until we were finished with our meal completely and he confirmed this, before asking which was incredibly thoughtful.

We said yes, as my son was so excited to see the origami. He pulled a chair over and made an origami crane, showing my son how to make the wings flap, before giving it to him. The food was okay, the cheese was a bit skimpy and the whole piece of cheese would slide off each slice after only one bite BUT what made the visit special was Daniel's thoughtfulness.

That small piece of origami had made our night and we won't forget that experience. He is such a sweet person. He said that he has been working there for many many years and busses tables. I hope that by leaving this review, that he will be recognized, for going above and beyond for customers and making them want to come back. Thank you Daniel and we love our origami!“

“Best fish counter of any grocery store in the area. Very well organized, super clean, and very enticing displays. There is always a large whole fish, spectacular lobster tails, oysters or pikes of sea scallops, etc. couldn’t resist loading up on king salmon on the latest trip; it was delicious, pan fried with butter and rosemary. Staff is always very well informed about their products and helpful about cooking ideas.“

“I was picking up a pizza and paying in part with a gift card. Apparently, the gift card was so old they couldn't put it through the system, but they honored it for the $10 that was written on it. Thank you, Spring Ridge J&P! I really appreciated that after driving 20 minutes to pick it up and since I wouldn't have ordered something if I hadn't had the gift card.“
