“I am from Baltimore and while working in Germantown I wanted something to eat other than fast food. I went into Paisano's around 530pm and was greeted so nicely by a young woman. I did not want a sub because Montgomery Co normally you get a steak um and that is what I am used too. I ordered the chicken Parmigian with pasta. Wow the sauce was amazing, pasta was perfect, the breaded chicken was covered in cheese. The garlic bread was so good. Great price, large portion that I could not finish. I told the girl behind counter that the food was awesome and it made this fatboy happy. I am 6'4 & 280lbs and I wanted to hug everyone but I did not want to scare anyone. Thank you!“

We ordered the focaccia appetizer, one Caesar salad (which we shared), and we each ordered the half-size Fusilli Bolognese. “Some of the best Italian food you can have in the DMV, the service was great even on a crowded day like Valentine’s. We had the calamari to start which was yummy and had some good tomato sauce to go along with it. However, the item that has continuously stole the show was the mushroom ravioli with the delicious pistachio sauce. You cannot find a dish like this anywhere else and it’s absolutely scrumptious, I basically licked the plate clean. Highly recommend the lobster ravioli as well just delicious. This place has one HGTV , a huge barista cashier and sell exotic drinks and behind it a somewhat concealed kitchen to make all the magic of your favorite foods of your choice of their fantastic Menus . They are famous for their Speghetti , Pizza s and seafood, And appetizers . They have even alcoholic and soda drinks even a great collections of wines i saw racked almost like a wine cellar . They have fantastic Hospitality staff and crew . They made my birthday there very special on 12 21 2025 . I hope to go back there again . I did sign up for varista cashier customer service, Host person I hope to get there to show them what I cando without Judgment or bad Politics blinding them . Wgat has happened during the pandemic to this dark age is inexcusable, Unlawful , Unprofessional, And disrespectful. We have to be sure what happened then never happens again to anyone . Thats why im willing to ve the change they need if given a chance .“

The pizza, cheesesteak and fries with gravy all garnered high marks. It is a little larger than it looks from the outside, with a carry out area, dining room and also has a large outside patio area. Very comfortable causal, family friendly and our waitress was very upbeat, efficient and friendly.“

“Came here twice while in town for Thanksgiving. Our first experience was bad. We ate in the restaurant and while we had a great waitress, our appetizers came out after our meals. I heard the waitress asking over and over again where our appetizers were. It was a frustrating experience. However, the pizza was outstanding on both our in-person dining and our carry-out. The front staff and waitress were all super sweet. I think the problem must have been with the cooking staff.“

“Last week, I got their chicken fettuccine Alfredo & it was absolutely amazing! I assumed it would be good because so many people were coming in & out ordering pasta & pizza. It was delicious!!! I wanted it again but I was on Shady grove rd & decided to get it again, thinking it was the same recipe; it wasn’t. This was last night & I am so disappointed! It wasn’t as seasoned & the sauce was foamy which I didn’t like so that was a wasted money. I will return to the Germantown loc. next week to get another order. So, be prepared to see me. 🥰
