Ordered dairy free pizza for my kids w/allergies, they serve us regular pizza (with a bonus - a gross hair in the food) My 3 year old is still swollen, covered in hives, + coughing. Do better.
We love J&P but I will no longer use them for delivery with door dash. My food was over an hour late, cold and soggy. Door dash did very little to help solve the issue.
I've been waiting 2 months for my order. ripped me off for about $45
staff blamed it on Doordash then door dash blames it J&P
disputed charges but J&P claims they didn't do anything wrong so PNC upheld the charges.
sucks cause i have been a loyal customer for 25+years.
just keep making stupid tic toc videos and losing customers.
I wish Kozy was still around.
