“Another new local place. I've shopped at the Safeway four years now, even got carryout from Ledo's next door, but this was my first time trying Tom & Ray's. They had me at milkshakes... And all day breakfast sealed the deal. My wife had the French toast, I had a milkshake and corned beef hash with eggs, toast and potatoes. My sister had a milkyway coffee concoction and the two egg breakfast. Everything was delicious and we will definitely be back.Parking: Strip mall. Two rows of spaces, in front of shops and opposite. Most traffic is carry out so spaces opposite are plentiful if you dine in.”

“Great local business. I got a bunch of different foods. Shrimp tacos, empanadas, pupusas, carnitas quesadilla, and tried the beef skewers from the new patio! The shrimp tacos are great, and having a lot of tiny shrimps inside is a great method, every bite has shrimp! Empanadas were delicious, they really should have a dipping sauce tho. The revueltas pupusa was my favorite; however I do wish the dough could be a little bit thinner. The quesadilla had a great fillings ratio and is great as always. This was first time trying the skewers, the beef was very juicy and well seasoned. It is inside a gas station, so don’t come here expecting a normal sit down experience. 10/10 recommend, even in an area like Montgomery County with a lot of Latino restaurants, this is worth driving to.”

“I've been hearing great things about Hornets Nest Grille for awhile now. Several of my coworkers live up near the Damascus area, and always rave about this place. So, today I decided to give them a try, and see for myself. I ordered the grilled chicken cobb salad for lunch. It was nicely put together including all my favorites (ie: blue cheese crumbles, hard-boiled eggs, nice thick slices of avocado). I definitely want to explore the other options on the menu & look forward to visiting again in the near future.”

“4 star sub but 5 star experience. Folks inside are absolutely fantastic. The place is clean and cozy. They whipped up the sub in no time.The sub was nice and thick, always a good sign when they aren't skimping with the fillings. fortunately the fillings are not only plentiful, but also of good quality.Most places are shy with vinegar on an Italian cold cut, but this place does it right - they let it shine bright. Vinegar gives the sandwich its character, and so I'm happy that they treat this ingredient correctly.As for potential improvement, I didn't taste any olive oil, and the bread was lackluster.Overall, an easy recommendation.”

“I ordered online for delivery. I had angel hair marinara with green pepper. The peppers were tender crisp and chunky. I loved it. The real highlight was the bread that came with it! I don't think I've ever had such delicious bread! I saw they have chicken noodle soup on the menu and next time I'm not well, I'll be ordering that and lots of bread.”

“There's not a lot of great options for delivery in Damascus. But my wife and I were pleasantly surprised when we discovered Sky Kitchen. Everything we've ordered so far has been really good. (Our favorite is the crispy beef). Compared to a lot of other cheap Chinese restaurants, it seems like they use better quality proteins, and the rice is always cooked right. One thing we really like about this place, is it delivery is quick, and our food always arrives hot. Keep up the good work Sky Kitchen!”

“Never really got into square pizza but tonight my son wanted to try it. Place is clean and very busy with take outs. We ate there and as soon as we were seated the waitress was very nice to us. Good conversation and seemed very interested in what we had to say. We had pizza with pepperonis, a steak and cheese sub. I was a bot surprised how good the sub was. Just lightly toasted and the flavor was pretty good. The pizza was unexpecting good also. Ive had ledos before a while back but i dont remember being this tasty. Anyway we all had full stomachs and enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this place for families with children. There were at least 6 families with kids there. Good food good host.”

“Everytime I go I get the Chengdu Fish Fillet. It's seriously delicious. I am guessing you can't go wrong with the authentic Sichuan dishes. I really need to branch out. I have tasted the american chinese dishes, that taste pretty much as they should and should make those wanting standard take out happy.”

“I read about this place in the past and since I was in the area yesterday decided to give it a try. Upon entering, i was greeted warmly by either I presumed to be the owner/manager who took my order and had me wait in the outdoor dinning area. Once my food was ready, which was a 4 piece dark meal, i was ready to dig in. The chicken was, as a Southerner and my preference, crunchy outside, juicy inside. Originally my co-worker and I were going to take our food back to our office in Baltimore, but opted to eat at the table under the tent. Despite it being a cool and rainy day, the meal was hot and fit the bill.I have read previous reviews from others about how the food was better under previous ownership. While I am not a local nor have eaten at the "legacy" establishment a few have given high regard to, I will say the quality of the chicken and service eclipses that of the chain or "mass produced" fried chicken places that dot the landscape and I will definitely return and suggest that if you are in the area, give Red Rooster a try as well.”

“Clean and we'll run Subway. Staff super nice and accommodating. Subway is becoming my "go-to" for a place to relax or do some work while enjoying a coffee until I'm ready to get a sandwich.”
