The sushi is so good! Yummy! The service I only gave 4 stars because I'm hard of hearing and they have accents so it's nobodies fault but it creates confusion. Very happy to order online. Just what the doctor ordered! But still, sometimes we're not sure if we got what we ordered. This is a gem of a restaurant tucked away across the Safeway parking lot in Damascus. The sushi selection is impressive, and we've repeatedly tried half a dozen different rolls and they've been delicious every time. Better than any sushi I've had in DC, and at much better prices. We sometimes plan our day trips out of DC so that we end up at Tokyo. It's that good.

We always go here for my brothers birthday and it’s our favorite. He loved the poke bowl and tempura squid. My favs, are the fire roll and mango spring roll and miso soup! Great prices family of 5 ate for under $120. The staff is friendly and attentive. The food is always AMAZING and fresh.
