“A fantastic neighborhood treasure. If you're passing through Shatlrpsburg and looking for a sweet treat, don't sleep on Nutters.Heaping scoops, sundaes, and of course malted milk shakes.Do remember though it is a CASH ONLY establishment. There are nearby ATMs.“
“Who would have imagined one would fined world class Gelato 15 minutes west of Frederick? We ate our weight in Gelato through Italy, had excellent Gelato in Scottsdale AZ, and had good and not so good Gelato in various other locations in the US and abroad. But this little place next to an Italian restaurant stands up with the best. WELL DONE!!“
“Do you want some absolutely delicious custard? This place is absolutely great. There's a drive through that's incredibly convenient, but if you're in the mood for a 50's style ice cream parlor then they have a decently large sitting area. The daily flavors are great. I'm partial towards the blueberry cheesecake. The staff is always on point and friendly. The prices are reasonable as well.“
“South mountain creamery has been a game changer for food delivery and making sure we have meals on the table each week without spending a ton of time in the grocery store. We have also visited the farm and had an opportunity to feed the baby cows which was absolutely a wonderful afternoon and our kids loved it. ❤️?“
“Wonderful spot near Middletown and Meyersville. They sell snow cones with about 20 different flavors and have a small lake, and a nice patio area where you can sit and relax. There are several things you can do as a family or with friends like play badminton, get on a swing, play a game of cornhole hole walk around the trail or just talk to the owner Joe about how he built the place. Love this little hidden gem.“
“It was my first time coming to the shop, friendly employees, good ice-cream licking flavors, and a very true sign of “you’ll want more” blew me away. Its cheaper than Baskin Robins for sure and my family and I really couldn’t leave without one more cone. 10/10 I recommend.“
“We stopped at Scoop-A-Licious by searching online for an ice cream shop while traveling from D.C home. This place was a magnificent find! Prices were good for as much as you get. Would recommend travelers to stop here. Service was great too!“
“Passed through on a road trip in October and stopped for a double scoop in a cup. It was a cold night so the crowd was small.Ice cream was the Hershey's brand which leaves a bit to be desired. While the flavors consistent, it is not the most creamy brand of ice cream. Not a huge fan. That said, the customer service was incredible! The woman working was very kind and there was some very friendly banter between my dad, her, and myself. We even commented later about how friendly the experience was. Great service!Hershey's ice cream - sub par, but worth the trip. 2 stars.Service / experience - top notch. 5 stars.Overall, jumped it up to a 4.“
“Love the ice cream and shakes. My kids won't go anywhere else for either one did not even mind the young attendant who was on his cell phone when we got there, he even saw us and turned his back on us as if he did not want us to hear his conversation, fortunately for us there was manager from Sardis who called him out when she was him on the phone.“
“Super cute ice cream stand that used to be a gas station. Ample parking, picnic tables, and other outdoor places to sit. They do soft serve, hand-dipped (Windy Knoll), sundaes, sno-cones, milkshakes, and lollipops. A Friday night around 9pm was pretty busy but the service was fast and easy. The ice cream was delicious! We enjoyed hot fudge sundaes and vanilla soft serve with black raspberry topping. Highly recommend!“
“The only reason for the 4 star rating is this location only sells Dairy Queen's "Sweets and Treats." They don't serve any grill items.Mostly this location serves through the Drive Thru. They can get very busy between 5pm to 6:30pm but despite the long lines your wait will not be as long as you think it will. The employees are very good at quickly getting your order right and getting it to you.I recommend this location if you have a craving for soft serve ice cream Treets.“
“This was a fun find along the Washington County Ice Cream Trail, and I was so surprised to find the ice cream shop on dual highway - I had never noticed it before. The ice cream was very reasonable priced and there were a few different flavors to enjoy. I got Lemon Crunch, and it was delicious. I'll definitely be back again to try some of their other options when I'm nearby.“
“This place is amazing: friendly, fast service, low prices, and HUGE portions! The ice cream is delicious and they have a really good selection of flavors. My daughter tried black cherry ice cream for the first time and raved about it so much that she begged us to drive the 90+ miles to visit again. It's honestly so good that I think the drive is worth it, too! It was a highlight of our weekend trip.“
