My boyfriend & I decided to stop by to grab ice cream on our way home, we placed our order & proceeded to the pick up window, when being handed my ice cream I realized there was no toppings that I had asked for, they responded “it wasn’t on the ticket” so I offered to pay for it no problem. When going back to the ordering window to pay for the missing items, we repeated what we needed 5 different times & still were not understood & given half of what was asked for.
