“A fantastic neighborhood treasure. If you're passing through Shatlrpsburg and looking for a sweet treat, don't sleep on Nutters.Heaping scoops, sundaes, and of course malted milk shakes.Do remember though it is a CASH ONLY establishment. There are nearby ATMs.“
“Truly some of the best ice cream you'll ever find, generously scooped, reasonably priced. The staff who work there are always polite and helpful. The peanut butter overload flavor is killer! And so many other phenomenal flavors as well (this peanut butter lover appreciates the fact that there were 2-3 different peanut butter-based flavors alone). Nothing beats sitting out in one of their large wooden outdoor chairs, eating a gigantic cone on a lovely day.If I had one minor suggestion, it'd be to add a tip feature for credit card payments. I feel bad about the times I've gone there without cash to tip with!“
“Fantastic drinks, staff, and atmosphere. Their packaging is beyond excellent, the cups are reusable and super cute! It’s kinda tucked away but they have an awesome place to enjoy their trendy drinks inside or out. Had a great conversation with the staff will be back soon! How I didn’t know about this place sooner is beyond me.“
“The ice cream here was excellent but I couldn't help but notice the cultic worship of the Great Sleeper at the Gates of Time. The ice cream shop is also a cult of Yog-Sothoth! The delicious sweet cream is actually churned by the Devourer of Dreams and Keeper of Time himself! The taste and flavor will instantly transport your soul under the light of ancient stars and into congress with The Great One Yog-Sothoth, where He will drive you to eternal madness as He feasts upon your dreams! Also, they have clean bathrooms.“
“We go to Tad's once a week. Great ice cream. Love the Reese's blast. We like to add extra toppings. Most of the time they make our orders right with the extra topping. But not lately. We ask for extra toppings, we don't get it. We tip them $5 each time. I know $5 is not much for the whole crew. It really all depends on who is making what orders I guess. But still great ice cream. I do recommend.“
“Do you want some absolutely delicious custard? This place is absolutely great. There's a drive through that's incredibly convenient, but if you're in the mood for a 50's style ice cream parlor then they have a decently large sitting area. The daily flavors are great. I'm partial towards the blueberry cheesecake. The staff is always on point and friendly. The prices are reasonable as well.“
“Absolutely love! The girls at the window are very nice, the drive through is quick :) Clean inside & out. They donate to many community events which is VERY important of any business… ESPECIALLY OURS! Only thing I miss is the pina colada ice;) Recently tried the gelato.. very good!“
“Friendly staff, alot of selections, clean, very kid friendlyParking: Alot of parking so shouldn't be a problem getting a spotKid-friendliness: Have coloring and chalk board for kids, and ALOT of candy toppings for them to choose from.“
“Passed through on a road trip in October and stopped for a double scoop in a cup. It was a cold night so the crowd was small.Ice cream was the Hershey's brand which leaves a bit to be desired. While the flavors consistent, it is not the most creamy brand of ice cream. Not a huge fan. That said, the customer service was incredible! The woman working was very kind and there was some very friendly banter between my dad, her, and myself. We even commented later about how friendly the experience was. Great service!Hershey's ice cream - sub par, but worth the trip. 2 stars.Service / experience - top notch. 5 stars.Overall, jumped it up to a 4.“
“Love the ice cream and shakes. My kids won't go anywhere else for either one did not even mind the young attendant who was on his cell phone when we got there, he even saw us and turned his back on us as if he did not want us to hear his conversation, fortunately for us there was manager from Sardis who called him out when she was him on the phone.“
“I only get the desserts/ moolate drinks from here since I tend to not eat "fast food" anymore. The service is always courteous and friendly. I tend to do drive thru so I can't comment on inside atmosphere.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu isn't much different from any other fast food place but love the kiddi cone coin option from the car wash.Wheelchair accessibility: They do have access to the restaurant.“
“The only reason for the 4 star rating is this location only sells Dairy Queen's "Sweets and Treats." They don't serve any grill items.Mostly this location serves through the Drive Thru. They can get very busy between 5pm to 6:30pm but despite the long lines your wait will not be as long as you think it will. The employees are very good at quickly getting your order right and getting it to you.I recommend this location if you have a craving for soft serve ice cream Treets.“
“This was a fun find along the Washington County Ice Cream Trail, and I was so surprised to find the ice cream shop on dual highway - I had never noticed it before. The ice cream was very reasonable priced and there were a few different flavors to enjoy. I got Lemon Crunch, and it was delicious. I'll definitely be back again to try some of their other options when I'm nearby.“
“We stopped at Scoop-A-Licious by searching online for an ice cream shop while traveling from D.C home. This place was a magnificent find! Prices were good for as much as you get. Would recommend travelers to stop here. Service was great too!“
