Amazing customer service!I ordered online through DoorDash and there was a glitch so only part of my order made it through.They surprised me with a hand roll on the house while I waited (not very long) for the rest of my order to be prepared.
We've eaten at Sapporo ii a couple of times and were so impressed with their sushi that we scheduled our wedding anniversary dinner at Sapporo ii and tried the Omakase (a 10-course sushi and 6-course kitchen dining experience). It was incredible!!!! We lived in Seattle for two years and have had some of the best sushi in the US in LA and Seattle so our expectations for freshness are very high and I often find that I do not agree with people in the DMV about where to find good...read full review
