The Orchard is a must-visit when we are in Frederick! We have been so impressed by the delicious, fresh food, friendly and accommodating staff, and reasonable prices. They have a large menu with many options for those with dietary restrictions. I have celiac disease and have been very impressed with the variety of gluten-free choices. I just had some of the freshest food here that I've had in awhile. We had the bonjan borani as an appetizer and it was very flavorful with soft pita. Then we had side salads with the tomato tamari dip; the salad ingredients were fresh and crunchy and the dip was very umami.
