“So stopped in the Dunkin yesterday for the first time while passing through the area. Not only was the staff really friendly, they actually looked happy to be working there which I almost never see at a Dunkin lol…also want to add that the bathroom was incredibly clean, again not something have seen at many Dunkin’s. Good job to who ever manages this location. If I’m ever back through Urbana I will be sure to stop in again.“

“I took off one of my stars since the employee that used to work there who was very unfriendly appears to work there still/again. I stopped going there for a good while because he hardly even acknowledged me and said nothing whatsoever. However, the woman who is always there has always been nice.“

“Went to drive thru today to get a medium coffee, A cocoa mocha iced coffee, and a box of munchkins and the drive thru went seamlessly until I got up to the window. The order was taken correctly, and my drinks and munchkins were waiting on the counter for 5 minutes while I sat at the drive thru waiting for the guy a woman to stop talking to each other long enough for him to hand my items out to me. Other than that, everything I got was exactly how it was supposed to be.“

“My order for my students (3 dozen donuts) was waiting for me when I got there, even though I placed it with not a lot of notice. The staff was very friendly and helpful! I even asked to add more to my order when I got there (5 dozen more) and they were happy to help, started on it right away and had it to me in no time! They packaged it nicely which made it easier for me to carry myself.“

“After mistakenly ordering a hot coffee (from a previous mobile order), the worker insisted on making an iced version when he could tell I was disappointed. I tried to take the hot coffee, because it was 100% my mistake and oversight. He refused, had me pull up to wait while he made me the drink I wanted (which he absolutely didn’t have to do). He walked the new iced drink out to my car and said “I didn’t want you to have a bad start to your day.” It was one of the nicest, most unexpected and generous gestures that I’ve received and this is the Dunkin I will go to from now on. Hand down best customer service!!“

“Located in parking lot of FHH Rosehill. Went there after family member had a doctor visit and enjoyed Iced Coffee & Breakfast sandwiche. Wish there was more seating than for 8 people total inside but that is minor.

The staff is always friendly, polite, and welcoming, and the service is consistently good. It’s a great feeling to start the morning with quality coffee and kind people.
