After mistakenly ordering a hot coffee (from a previous mobile order), the worker insisted on making an iced version when he could tell I was disappointed. I tried to take the hot coffee, because it was 100% my mistake and oversight. He refused, had me pull up to wait while he made me the drink I wanted (which he absolutely didn’t have to do). Depending upon the location, it's always best for me to go into the store vs drive-thru. Breakfast sandwiches are always high quality and priced great.
The donuts are not freshly or recently made. The texture corresponds to pastries that have been frozen and thawed. The next time I will drive across town to Krispy Kreme.
