So I walk in, and it's self seating which is cool. The only thing was that the tables weren't clean. This was my first time at a waffle house, so I didn't know what to expect. The menu options are limited, and the food was ok. The hype made it seem as if it was better than Ihop. Clearly, it's not. My waitress and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I even got offered a free waffle.
Alisha was my server and she was the nicest person!! Our food took maybe 8 minutes to finish, our drinks got to us maybe 3 minutes after ordering. She checked on us at the appropriate time and was very attentive. She has the best smile too!! This is the first time I’ve ever ate at a Waffle House and I didn’t know what to expect, especially with the crazy things I’ve heard of popping off at Waffle Houses. Offerings are pretty typical of all waffle houses, but I have to say that this location is clean and pleasant to visit. Right off of Jefferson Boulevard in Frederick. If you’re looking for typical comfort food from the waffle House chain, you can’t go wrong here.
