I usually order from this McDonald’s through the mobile app because the deals are often much better than ordering directly at the drive through. For the most part, the app makes ordering convenient, but one thing I learned is that once an order is placed, apparently there is no way for the restaurant to modify it.

Theyre so nice and the food is fresh!
Far better Mcdonalds than the one on West Patrick st. (Do NOT go there). Mostly friendly and helpful. They also bring your food out to you which is pretty great service. Food always fresh. Highly recommend.

McDonald's in a strip mall on the western edge of Frederick near US 15 is a family-friendly restaurant with a normal-sized parking lot and wheelchair accessibility. The ordering kiosk works well, and the drive-thru staff are professional and hardworking. There have been some long wait times during busy periods, but the staff has been known to provide coupons for free food when delays occur. While some staff may lack accommodating attitudes towards dietary restrictions, the customer service is generally great, and the food is reported to be hot, fresh, and better than average for McDonald's. The store is clean and tidy, and the transitions between lunch and breakfast are handled smoothly. However, prices have been noted to be higher than at Waffle House, causing some irritation among customers. The atmosphere at night remains unknown.
