The older ladies gatekeep the meat like it’s their first born child.
Visited today at 2:00pm, and they had the oldest woman doing the hardest job- rice and meat. It’s the same most times I’m in here, one night they had a lady that was at least 60 doing rice and meat while the younger generation was working the easy jobs and the line was backed out the door because the bottleneck was her.
