I had my baby with me and the guy at the front help me take everything to the car and most of all they gave such great portions of food and even some extra for you to even taste! I love it here! I can’t wait to come back! Everyone there is so friendly and most of all they really go above and beyond and help you when you have a baby in your arms! Loved that they care. And you can definitely taste the love in their drinks in their food! :)“

“We love Poblano Grill. Eat there often, usually at least twice per month. My favorites are the fajita chicken and shrimp chimichanga, and the fajita chicken taco salad. My mouth is watering, even as i write this review. Yum! The food is great, service is good, and the prices are super affordable. Above all, they are super nice people. Would recommend it to anyone in town.“

“Coming from a fellow Hispanic this is one of the best Mexican food hot spots in the frederick area. Open on friday Saturday and Sunday evenings I would recommend the carne asada or the steak burritos and tacos. You can eat in your car or they will wrap up to go. For those who don't speak Spanish dont worry they speak English!!“

“Always good tasting and fresh food with friendly service but when there slow definitely need some people to clean the tables because when I was there , there were a few dirty tables and it wasn't busy. Pricing isn't the best some things are a little overpriced but still worth trying out if you haven'“

“The menu offers a broad array of authentic dishes, though some prices at the restaurant are considerably higher than on the caciquerestaurant dot com web site (example: $25.99 vs. $19.99 for Roasted Duck is 30%). The servers were prompt and efficient, though our order-taker and bill-collector seemed somewhat apathetic. The complimentary chips (thin and crispy) and salsa (pureed) were delicious, though too little salsa was provided relative to the number of chips and never was refilled. The Roasted Chicken with mixed vegetables was moist, tender, flavorful, and perhaps better with the white rice that was served than it would have been with the Spanish rice that was ordered. The Shrimp Tacos and accompaniments also were delicious, with HUGE shrimp prepared perfectly. It was a nice evening to eat outside before a show at the Weinberg's New Spire Arts, though Market Street is more disruptive (obnoxious vehicles) than Carroll Creek (strolling pedestrians). It was a decent experience overall.“
