I called the restaurant simply to let them know and asked if they could send the correct order. The manager went completely above and beyond—he refunded our entire order (even after we told him that wasn’t necessary), personally delivered our correct food, and apologized.
This is exactly the kind of local business we should be supporting. We’ve been huge Papa Joe’s fans for years and have never had a bad experience, but tonight their customer service truly stood out.
