“Tonight we ordered from Papa Joe’s through Uber Eats and received the wrong bag of food from the driver. I called the restaurant simply to let them know and asked if they could send the correct order. The manager went completely above and beyond—he refunded our entire order (even after we told him that wasn’t necessary), personally delivered our correct food, and apologized.
This is exactly the kind of local business we should be supporting. We’ve been huge Papa Joe’s fans for years and have never had a bad experience, but tonight their customer service truly stood out. “I gave it 4 stars because of the perpetually dirty tables and soda fountain. The food is great as far as Taco Bells go, but the bathroom smelled of urine andthere are always dirty tables.
Orders come hot and fast, so it's perfect if you're just hitting the drive through and they have NEVER messed up an order for me in the 20+ years I've been going there.
Focus is clearly on the food and speed of service, and they excel at it.“
