It used to be amazing service even had someone come around and make fresh guacamole, but The past few times that we’ve come it’s been around seven in the evening. They are not busy, but the waitresses are usually just playing around and on their phones while we sit and wait for Service.“

“First off, we usually do not eat at Taco Bell often. We stopped in for a quick dinner. First off the counter help was extremely nice. Fast food restaurants have dropped the ball on this lately with the kiosk. People taking orders from people is the way it should be. The 7 dollar meal box I ordered i had no clue what was in it. I'm a plane taco kinda guy. I gotta tell you dinner was great. I had no clue what I was eating, but it was incredible. The restaurant was extremely clean. Very enjoyable experience. “This is my closest location, and I wanted to note a positive experience here. I ordered the online-only quesadilla meal for my son (very particular about food), but arrived to find that online orders were not coming through and the POS system was down. An employee (manager, likely) explained the situation and asked me to wait. The delay continued, an announcement was made to waiting customers about the technical issue & that no orders could be taken for an indefinite period of time. Guests coming in to pickup online orders were given the same explanation and the guest service number to obtain a refund. I asked if it was possible to make the order I put in as it was one item, paid, and detailed on the app. The manager allowed staff to do this for us, which I appreciated so so so much. My son is on the autism spectrum and struggles with food, abrupt changes, etc. This manager won't understand how this one action helped my son's night (and my family's) go smoothly and avoid a meltdown, but I wanted to be sure to thank the staff for being willing to help us despite all the other issues they were dealing with. I APPRECIATE YOU, RED/PINK HAIR GUY!!“

“We used Roburritos for my son and daughter-in-law's baby shower. Definitely not the traditional baby shower food, but they really wanted it so we went for it. Awesome communication, amazing food, great price and everyone loved the burritos and amazing sauces. Highly recommend for your catering.“
