“My husband and I decided to try Plaza Azteca today & they did not disappoint. We are always looking for somewhere new to eat good food. The price is fair and good portions of food. Everything we ate had a lot of flavor and cooked perfectly. This is definitely our new place to get mexican food.“

She probably didn’t care because 20% tip was added to the bill because it was a group of 6. AC was running and it was 51 degrees outside. Nice cold air blowing from the air vents. Had to were coats. Ask to have it turned off. Server did nothing!“

I mean the waiter was always RIGHT THERE when we needed him! My girl finished her plate, started to pick it up to set aside but before she even could….. there’s the waiter right there to grab it. I mean this guy just spawned outa nowhere whenever we needed him. He could literally read our minds too. I didn’t have to ask for more chips or another drink once the whole time. And he did all of that with a big contagious smile on his face the whole time! Seems like the only thing ppl complain about in these reviews is the fried ice cream. I can’t speak on that because I’ve never had it. Only bad experience I had was on the toilet the next morning 👀“

“I've been coming to Poblano for lunch every now and then for a year and have been meaning to leave a proper review.

Every time I've visited, I've been warmly greeted by kind and attentive staff. The restaurant is clean, the food is quickly prepared and consistently good, while the prices are very affordable. I especially enjoy their burritos, quesadillas, and churros.

After frequent visits for a while now, I can also tell the owner genuinely cares about the customer experience by his humility in the way he receives feedback and treats his staff.

I highly recommend stopping by and supporting this awesome location if you're looking for a great meal at a good price, whether it be a quick meal or with friends and family.“

From the edgy (often loud) rock - hard rock music pumping through the restaurant, to the staff - always friendly and helpful, though not always what "some" would consider front line wait staff , to the food..... Always amazing and made to perfection. Special requests are handled with precision. I highly recommend giving this local, family business a try! My favorite is the Surf and Turf with Peach Warrior sauce but there are so many delicious options. My only "wish" is that you would offer a delivery option like Uber eats... even if it is only during off peak times of the day. I totally get that at times you are busy enough without the 'extra'.“

“So hubby and I ate here today…. As soon as you walk in the smell is incredible and the employees behind the wall greet you very nicely. We were seated immediately and our server Garrett oh my gosh, I don’t even know where to begin. He was fantastic and every meaning of the word he was polite he was funny. He was happy. He was knowledgeable. He was the sweetest person I have ever met in my life and I’ve met a lot of people. More people who own restaurants should have servers like Garrett the compassion inside this person is off the chart he was the sweetest person you’ve ever wanna meet in your life. He knew that menu like nobody’s business. Which in a lot of restaurants, you’re lucky if one of the servers knows what’s on the menu let alone know what it’s about not Garrett. He knew everything and if he didn’t have the answer, he found the answer with Greg the owner who I must say was just as nice and polite and knowledgeable as Garrett. If you wanna try somewhere new and you’ve never been here, you have to try this place. I am telling everybody about this restaurant. The food was phenomenal . We have not one complaint from the front door to the server to our food and out the door again. My husband and I had such a fantastic time here we want Garrett as our server from this point on nobody else I know that probably sounds critical but when you get a good server, that’s who you want every time you go back Garrett was efficient. He was fast. He could walk by your table and grab the dishes without even looking at you. He was that fast. I love the "Welcome to Moe's" greeting and the way the staff chat with you while making your food! “Grabbed a bite to bring back to the hotel while visiting family. Food was hot, made right, and ready quickly. Staff was friendly. When I returned home to the west coast I forgot to update the selected restaurant & sent my order to this store by mistake. I called & the young man who answered got the manager (Melissa) immediately & she knew exactly how to fix the issue. She cancelled my order, so I could place a new one at the correct location. Great customer service & they didn’t make me feel silly or act like I was a burden. Huge relief!“

“This place is amazing! You have a grocery store and a restaurant! It’s nice because after grocery shopping if you’re feeling hungry you go up to the restaurant side and order something delicious like their menudo. I always have that one without a fail I enjoy adding the lime and onions in mine. It’s sooo good (: should also try their carne asada comes with big slab of meats, tortillas, beans, rice, and a small salad! A perfect balanced meal would definitely recommend“

“We had been frequent visitors, but then stopped going because of how bad this location became (quality of food, customer service, and overall cleanliness). After many months, we gave it a new chance last night and were pleasantly surprised. The restaraunt was clean, customer service was fast and good, and the food was good. “Went to grab food yesterday afternoon and their credit card machine wasn’t reading my card at the kiosk, so I asked a cashier for help. Tried two different cards at the cashier and neither went through. They determined it was a problem with their machine, apologized and gave me an amazing discount for the inconvenience. Which, A, they didn’t have to do at all but B, we, especially my 13 y.o. were extremely grateful for 😊 (Taco Bell for dinner was his idea)

This level of courtesy is not something we typically experience at a drive-through window, and I truly appreciated it. It made my visit very pleasant, and I left feeling genuinely happy with the service and courtesy.“
