“The place is nice and cheerful. There is nice music and a great atmosphere. The area which it is located at seems great and it was interesting to see a Blizzard Run 5k sign. I never knew that existed and it seemed interesting to me. It was also interesting to see one of those little libraries right next to the restaurant. Even though I arrived during their opening time, it took a bit for them to actually open their doors.

“Had a great experience at the Popeyes on East Market Street in York! The service was excellent from start to finish, and I especially want to shout out Humayan for being friendly, professional, and making sure everything was taken care of. It’s always nice to have an employee who genuinely cares about giving customers a good experience.“

“We came here for my best friend’s daughter’s birthday dinner. This location went above and beyond! They accommodated our sensory kiddos, they handed out stickers, they even let our kiddos go back and make their own ice cream sundaes! I come here once a week anyway, but I love it even more now.“

The food and service was good and the restaurant was clean. That's the first time I seen I fast food restaurant that clean. There was a young black girl taking out the trash I wish I have given her a tip for doing a good job. And I drove up from Baltimore“

“The food was great. Probably some of the best I've had at an Arby's in a while. It was hot, looked right and was nicely wrapped/presented. Very happy with the decision on going here considering it sits amongst almost every fast food. We'll worth the money spent.“

“Grabbed a bite to bring back to the hotel while visiting family. Food was hot, made right, and ready quickly. Staff was friendly. When I returned home to the west coast I forgot to update the selected restaurant & sent my order to this store by mistake. I called & the young man who answered got the manager (Melissa) immediately & she knew exactly how to fix the issue. She cancelled my order, so I could place a new one at the correct location. Great customer service & they didn’t make me feel silly or act like I was a burden. Huge relief!“

“so good. underrated for sure.or should I say unassuming spot. hidden gem. the sandwiches are pretty substantial. quick friendly service and fresh ingredients. my only complaint is I wish the pretzels and sticks were warm as well as the cheese. we prob could've asked them to heat it up but didn't. but like I said the food was amazing. def recommend!! sweet bologna was a great flavor combo. it was thin sliced too. mmmmm“

“Went to grab food yesterday afternoon and their credit card machine wasn’t reading my card at the kiosk, so I asked a cashier for help. Tried two different cards at the cashier and neither went through. They determined it was a problem with their machine, apologized and gave me an amazing discount for the inconvenience. Which, A, they didn’t have to do at all but B, we, especially my 13 y.o. were extremely grateful for 😊 (Taco Bell for dinner was his idea)

“We had been frequent visitors, but then stopped going because of how bad this location became (quality of food, customer service, and overall cleanliness). After many months, we gave it a new chance last night and were pleasantly surprised. The restaraunt was clean, customer service was fast and good, and the food was good. “I had to take a minute to share my experience here yesterday. I placed an order online, and I received a notice that my food was ready. I walked inside, and the store was filled with customers. The staff was busy. Even though things were busy, one worker looked around every so often at the room. She looked at me, asked if I was being helped, and I told her I had an online order. She asked my name, and she turned to the row of order slips and said something to another worker. That person immediately walked over to me, handed me cups, and said I could get my drinks and that she was sorry for the wait. It wasn't long after that, a different person announced that there would be a wait for a certain bread, but that they were happy to offer the others that she mentioned. A few people left, but others stepped up to order with the alternative options. No one behind the counter grumbled, and the food kept coming out consistently but slowly. I was very impressed at 1) staff attitude and willingness to make customers aware of what was going on and to make sure everyone had attention given to them; and 2)the food prep never stopped-these folks continued to work as a team to get orders filled. What professionals! I will tell others how customer friendly this store is, even under pressure. Thanks for my lunch on a very hot day!“

“I go here 3 or 4 times a week. What's my favorite place to get something for lunch, for work. They're very friendly and when you asked them to change what they normally do they have no problem doing it for you. The only place left where you can ask for extra anything or add something and it doesn't charge you extra money

Vegetarian options: You can order any sub without me and automatically makes a vegetarian or you can have them put it in a salad instead of on a sub.

Dietary restrictions: They can make any sub into a salad for you

Parking: There is about 15 to 20 parking spots but it's a shared location so there are other businesses that use those spots as well“

This Subway in downtown York has the best bread. Probably because they cater to a lot of businesses here in downtown York City pa. They're always busy and friendly. extremely fresh it's the tastiest ! it's the one and only Brandy Hayes reporting to you with the tastiest and the finest here in York PA“
