“Been to dang near every coffee shop in the local area and I must say not only is their coffee amazing but so is the rest of their menu. I enjoy a hot coffee normally but during hot times their frozen matcha which is the best I’ve had in my personal opinion. Along, with the rest of their menu nothing ceases to amaze me every time I go there. I’ve recently ventured into their food menu and literally everything I’ve gotten has been fantastic no complaints whatsoever. The whole crew is filled with sweet women who are all very attentive, respectful, and great people in general when you get to know them. I’m always welcomed when I come in with smiles and they’ve remembered my name for a good minute now. I must say they’ve got to be the best coffee shop in the county in my opinion. I’d recommend anyone to come and give them a try you won’t be disappointed.“

“I’ve had a chance to go to the Fresh Start Restaurant and I can’t say enough positive things about it. The food is always good, the staff is always friendly and I know I’m getting quality ingredients in a clean environment. I highly recommend you plan a day to stop in for a good meal. They’re not open 7-days a week, so plan accordingly. I hope you enjoy.“

“Our orders were great but the place was tiny, there was no way to tell if there was a line for the register or not or where it began or ended. It was hard to walk through the place or have a comfortable place to wait for an order. It also took quite a while for our order to come out but we were able to sit outside.“

I drive past the Queen Street Starbucks forging the drive-thru to go to the Pauline Drive Starbucks in Giant on the weekends so I can have Debra make my frap. “I love Starbucks, my go to is the dragonfruit lemonade refresher. Although I would love it if they had kiosks like McDonald's, you didn't need to talk to the people. This would help my anxiety, and it would help with their store flow a lot“

I’ve gone to every Dunkin in York PA and this is the ONLY one that I can go to and order the same thing and EVERY TIME it taste amazing. “Skip the Dunkin and Star. The Hive Coffee House & Cafe is where it’s at. Awesome signature drinks and those pastries…. Haha Locally owned and invested in their community. Stop in before work, at lunch and during their events to enjoy everything they have to offer.“

Store is clean, friendly staff, my drink is (almost) always made correctly But I understand mistakes happen, and the staff here are quick to correct it. These people wake up at 3:30am to deal with people who haven't been caffinated yet. BE KIND!Only complaint I have is that donut delivery is often late and causes issues with mobile orders!“

“The Sugar Rose always has an amazing selection of treats from cakes, cupcakes, macarons, brownies, breads and more! They always mix up what's available so it's easy to try something new each time you go. Highly recommend for custom orders or premade goodies!“

“I go here almost every morning through the week days. The staff is excellent. Today was my worst experience. 2 young girls working. I placed my order and not one other customer around. I ordered the 3 coffees. 2 iced and 1 frozen. It took 8 minutes to get my drinks. The one girl was cleaning and the other I didn’t know was there. I beeped my horn after waiting 6 minutes with no greeting. Finally a girl comes to the window and I said I didn’t know what is going on. I been waiting and nobody acknowledged me. She said she was making our coffees which was a lie because they make them at the coffee bar. She closed the window and finally made 2 of the iced. Then finally a few minutes later I got the frozen one. I live 2 minutes away. They didn’t look correct. I got mocha which is always a dark look it .‘my son got peppermint mocha. It tasted like water. My husbands was frozen peppermint mom ha and it tasted like water. I even used my rewards which made me mad. That was 1000 points.“

“Brandon & Nas are absolutely AMAZING!!!! I visit this location several times a week & these two typically work evenings. They run a tight ship to say the least. They truly are the freaking best & deserve a raise. Especially Brandon!With the world being what it is today, it can be quite brutal sometimes. Over the past few years I feel there has been a major decrease in customer service overall/ generally speaking. Regardless what service/ store.Brandon & Nas made me realize that good work ethic within our youth still does exist & I strongly feel that when it’s experienced, it needs to be shared. It also needs to & should be praised/ recognized. Not with a Dunkin gift card either. They’re the reason I continue going and paying way too much for a coffee.“

“First time stopping at a sheetz! I will say this was a very pleasant experience. For the truckers you have truck parking and some across the street walks away. The food was great customer service and cleanliness were superb! Definitely recommend!“

“Just so you know I don’t care about your drive thru timer. That’s a you problem not a me problem. You’ve burned me too many times with that 1. Waited 10 minutes for my order to go inside and you had forgot my order 2. Got someone else’s order and had to take my kids out of their car seats to go inside 3. Multiple times didn’t get a complete order So you can stop with the eye rolling and actually be a fast food place and then you wouldn’t have to worry about the timer“

“Me and my family ordered burgers at McDonald's. However, when the burgers were served they were bright pink on the inside. We returned the burgers but, one employee, Amber, went the extra mile. Not only did she correct the mistake with the burgers for free but, she gave us four free meal coupons and apologized to us personally for the mistake. When the new burgers were served they were perfectly cooked! I went back and ordered another burger and it was cooked perfectly the first time!!! Amber is definitely management material, as she relates well with people and works very hard to ensure that the food is prepared correctly and that the customers are happy. Despite the error, I would totally eat here again knowing that I, as a customer will be well taken care of!“
