“When we got there there was about five people behind the counter or more every single table was dirty except for the last one we sat there for about an hour we saw people coming in looking at the dirty tables nobody came out from behind the counter to clean them in the restaurant business that's a real deterrent.“

“The Etters/Yocumtown McDonalds is how to run a fast-food location. The food is consistently hot. The service is always extremely quick, I am often served within 3 minutes of ordering.When issues have arose, the workers and manager have made it right immediately.“

“First off, denim coffee is one of the only coffee shops in Harrisburg where the baristas are not grumpy and standoffish (in my experience). “I am a baker. My entire family and all my friends are cake snobs now due to the cakes I make. At weddings, highly rated restaurants, and special events we are always disappointed but we never give up hope that someone else somewhere, someday, can make good baked treats. I have been to famous bakeries and thrown away award winning baker's cupcakes by the dozens. I just had the pumpkin chai cupcake from Anna Rose and I will be honest, these cupcakes are not only up to par with anything I make but might even be better in some ways. I cannot believe this place isn't the top rating cupcake shop in Harrisburg. If you are anywhere near here and you need some cake, come running because this place is a treasure. The lady working there is also a gem! She supported all of my cupcake trying ideas and helped me pick the best ones to suit my specific taste. 10/10 do recommend!!“

“Excellent authentic Venezuelan with the perfect blend of flavor and texture! I had the classic Pabellón Arepa with Guasacaca sauce - DELICIOUS! Tequenos were also very yummy. Food was made to order with quality ingredients. Prices are super reasonable and affordable. Service was outstanding with very personable staff! They also have a lot of Venezuelan snacks which are so hard to find where we live. So we stocked up on some of our favorite Venezuelan snacks before leaving. Highly recommend!!!!“

“I'd like to start off by saying I've probably eaten from more donut shops than most. I was upset when I moved and was a few miles further from my favorite shop. That said I've never had a better donut in my life. We bought the breakfast pack, a sandwich, and two shakes and we were blown away.“

“I really do enjoy this Starbucks location. The staff is always very friendly, and they make amazing drinks! On 3/20 The café was a bit overwhelmed with mobile and in-store orders. There was one staff member that was taking drinks from the pick up station and placing them over onto the mobile order pick up table which was great, but would’ve been helpful if names were called before just moving the drinks. It created a bit of a cluster since customers were unsure if she was going to read their names or just keep the cups in the mobile pick up area. I would only suggest just reading names before placing them on a different table so that customers can easily grab them and go :)“

“Excellent experience with Desserts Etc. I ordered a custom cake online for a 50th birthday. Instructions were followed perfectly and where artistic freedom was given I appreciated their choices. We ordered a marble cake with chocolate Bavarian filling, naked iced with Italian buttercream and a chocolate drizzle. The cake was moist and delicious. Everyone enjoyed it.“

“Quick service and Starbucks coffee, the really cool thing I liked in this location was the gratitude wall they had for their team members where people could write thank you notes to the baristas and staff members. This is an amazing idea! Of course I wrote one :)“

“Skip the Dunkin and Star. The Hive Coffee House & Cafe is where it’s at. Awesome signature drinks and those pastries…. Haha Locally owned and invested in their community. Stop in before work, at lunch and during their events to enjoy everything they have to offer.“

“Anyone complaining about slow service should understand this skeleton crew gets slammed every morning. They're out of sandwiches by 11, are working to understand the new app system, and are trying their best to serve a large portion of hospital staff and patients. Every time I go, they're friendly and will joke around and have even helped me make custom drinks when I told them what I'm craving. If you treat them like humans, I'm sure you'll find they're more willing to work with your complaints.

Vegetarian options: There is the impossible morning sandwich and labeling for vegetarian food options.

Kid-friendliness: Being next to a pediatric department, a lot of kids come through and staff are on their best behavior and will make little ice water drinks for young ones so they can match their mom.
