“I did drive through, somebody placed a big order 2 cars up so naturally it would be slow. They did a good job even though some inconsiderate person placed an order stayed in line 2 minutes and pulled out, that was respectful! So you see, with all the stuff people complain about the store has a lot of it too on their end. Young fellows at the windows were very polite, order was correct, hot and tasted great! Will be back when in this area.“

“We were excited to visit this highly rated Coffee Shop for the first time. When we arrived from out of town we were unable to find accessible parking. There were steps up to the entrance which also made it complicated for our 2 wheelchair guests. The place looks so unique & cool, so I’ll definitely return to scope it out on my own to see if I can come back with my physically disabled guests.“

“With Riley being the new owner of the place. The atmosphere of place changed a lot for the better and creating a more welcoming place, yet personal and comforting. The desserts there are amazing and beautifully crafted. The owner/cake decorator there is one hell of an artist, always introducing new creative ideas and art style. I love seeing what’s new on their Instagram and how in touch they are with the community. This is the place to be at if you have a sweet tooth.“

Im glad they have this location close to my home and I can grab it on my way to work. The staff are always nice greeted with smiles and small morning conversations. “Grabbed a quick sandwich on 2 different occasions while traveling to Harrisburg. It's a small airport, so there's never a line and able to order right away. They quickly heated up my sandwich and I had it within 2 minutes. Service was fast and friendly. It's convenient when at the airport.“

“My daughter is the most picky hot chocolate drinker I've ever met, and she does not like it too chocolaty (go figure) or too hot. I ordered a kid's hot chocolate, with a little less chocolate than normal and it was awarded the title of "best hot chocolate ever," by my 7 year old. “I usually don’t like to leave reviews but I decided to read some of the reviews and im just so disappointed on how people would address this Dunkin off of one experience. These employees are not perfect, give them all a chance.

About 2 months ago i decided to come here and it has been by far the best one ever. Had some issues in the mornings but I figured it’s because of rush hour. Before work I would come through drive thru, the young lady (B) would take my order and that one time, that very first time, kept me coming back. Every time I come and she sees me through the screen, all she says is (girrrllll not today, come to my window). She is so funny, I just love her positive energy. Every time a new cold foam comes in, she would encourage me to try it and my drink comes out better than before. It must be on her days off, my drink always tastes different. So now I make sure I go when she’s working. Even if she doesn’t take my order, I know she’s the one making it. I am absolutely proud of her though. One day she’s in a black shirt and now she’s in a different color shirt so I know she definitely doing her job correctly. I just love that girl.“

“This Starbucks is conveniently inside Target High Point. I was disappointed that Starbucks removed the seating and table where I could sit and enjoy a beverage.
Nevertheless, quick and friendly service for my Matcha and chocolate croissant.“

“I usually stop by on my way back home to grab a coffee, charge/check my phone, and use the restrooms. The scariest part is coming off the intersection into the parking lot because traffic is constantly flowing, but people are usually considerate. Nice little Starbucks.“

“Ohmygoodness today 07/31/25 they made my day!! At the airport waiting we decided Dunkin....During the ordering it got mixed up. I figured I was jinxed because again some how I ordered everyone else's food but again mine was missing. Somehow this attendant canceled my part of the order and the rest of my family got their food. Honest mistake, I started to laugh and shared my week out loud. It was a mistake but I just went ahead and dealt with it even though I was upset. I've voiced my thought on it's always a mother's that loses out 😂 another customer agree, She laughed and we both laughed. I walked out disappointed, family was fed that's all that matters. Went across to wait for my flight.
I'm not sure the name of the individual that went ahead and made my meal and walked it over to me where I was sitting at the airport!!! 😭 That absolutely made my day !!! He didn't have to do that, but he did. Thank you!!
