“When I contacted the restaurant about a missing fry order from order I called and spoke to the manager on duty Mike/Mark (memory prob on my end) but he was more that apologetic and went above and beyond to correct the situation. A big kudos to him. Employees like that are a rarity these days with most retailers acting like you're the criminal when they mess up. Thanks again and keep up the positive vibes.“

“FUN atmosphere. I love simply looking around. No detail has been spared. Even the menu board is whimsical art. “First off, denim coffee is one of the only coffee shops in Harrisburg where the baristas are not grumpy and standoffish (in my experience). Jake has served me twice since I’ve found this gem and he is so friendly and professional. Secondly their coffee is delicious and the shop is clean and aesthetically pleasing. #1 in my opinion!“

“Stopped by for an iced coffee around 1:30pm this afternoon, 7/27/2022. Two employees were working, one at drive through, the other filling orders. Neither seemed to notice I was there nor acknowledged or greeted me. I walked out. I would have gladly waited had either employee taken a moment to greet me and tell me they’d be take care of my order asap. Been there before, service is always slow“

“We live 2 hours away and are spicy food seekers. The staff was friendly and attentive. This is the same bar and grill as seen on “Hot Ones”. Home grown and top quality sauces. The smash burger were juicy and flavorful and you can pick any sauce for your good or go plain if you aren’t a spicy person. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. We will definitely be going back again!“

“I am a baker. My entire family and all my friends are cake snobs now due to the cakes I make. At weddings, highly rated restaurants, and special events we are always disappointed but we never give up hope that someone else somewhere, someday, can make good baked treats. I have been to famous bakeries and thrown away award winning baker's cupcakes by the dozens. I just had the pumpkin chai cupcake from Anna Rose and I will be honest, these cupcakes are not only up to par with anything I make but might even be better in some ways. I cannot believe this place isn't the top rating cupcake shop in Harrisburg. If you are anywhere near here and you need some cake, come running because this place is a treasure. The lady working there is also a gem! She supported all of my cupcake trying ideas and helped me pick the best ones to suit my specific taste. 10/10 do recommend!!“

“I was visiting Harrisburg and came across this place while searching for coffee on Google. When I arrived, I was surprised by how busy it was. I parked my car in street parking and waited almost 20 minutes in line to place my order. The ambiance and style of the place were unique and different from anything I’d seen before. They mainly serve freshly made arepas, which I had never tried, but the bustling crowd convinced me to give it a shot.
I ordered the Reina Pepiada, which is an arepa filled with chicken, mayo, and avocado. For my beverage, I chose Chicha, and for dessert, I had Tres Leches. I really liked the atmosphere—it had a charming, small-world feel that I enjoyed.
As for the food, I didn’t love it as much, probably because I’d never had arepas before, so the taste was unfamiliar to me. However, the food was still good, just not exactly to my liking. My friend, on the other hand, really enjoyed it. At $8 for an arepa, it seemed a bit pricey, but considering they are freshly made, I think it’s worth it.
They also had board games to play while waiting for the food, which was a fun touch. Overall, it was a good experience, and I’d say the place is definitely worth a visit, especially if you enjoy trying new things.“

“Every time i go to this starbucks my order is correct and satisfactory, but this isn’t my reason for writing this review. Today i went to get my breakfast and a coffee and when i went to pay, i realized i was a couple dollars shorter than i thought. The barista at the window told me she was going to see if she could take a couple dollars off, which i told her it was okay and not to worry about it, but she insisted and was able to take a couple dollars off my order so i could have my occasional starbucks. she was so sweet and pretty and i hope she gets everything she’s ever dreamed of🫶🏻“

“I am not a Starbucks person. Most places it's bitter and just overly sweet. The crew we nice and also recommended a great fall beverage for me!! It was really GOOD! Wasnt bitter at all and a great blend of coffee with the apple flavors. I for real plan to come out here again as a little treat for myself!“

“I ordered a hot Matcha Latte w/ Almond Milk + 1 pump of vanilla. It was well crafted & delicious. Ordered 2 donuts in separate bags for my Great Nieces. I'll be coming back to this Dunkin Donuts again. Interior of restaurant looked to be under construction. Interior of Customer Seating area was divided diagonally by a wall. It seemed odd. It was no big deal because my order was To Go.“
“Anyone complaining about slow service should understand this skeleton crew gets slammed every morning. They're out of sandwiches by 11, are working to understand the new app system, and are trying their best to serve a large portion of hospital staff and patients. Every time I go, they're friendly and will joke around and have even helped me make custom drinks when I told them what I'm craving. If you treat them like humans, I'm sure you'll find they're more willing to work with your complaints.
Vegetarian options: There is the impossible morning sandwich and labeling for vegetarian food options.
Kid-friendliness: Being next to a pediatric department, a lot of kids come through and staff are on their best behavior and will make little ice water drinks for young ones so they can match their mom.
Dietary restrictions: There is a sign for dietary restrictions, but you can ask the staff for specifics and they will do their best to work with your particular restriction. You can look things up ahead of time on starbucks website.“
