“Today I stopped at this location to get a treat for my granddaughters. The incredible selection of special donuts they offer was so much fun! I went with the lucky charm St. Patrick’s theme. The service I received was INCREDIBLE! The young man behind the counter and cook in the back were efficient, friendly, considerate, and VERY understanding when I messed up my order!!It truly felt like the “good old days” - aka before Covid - when the customer was the top concern. The egg sandwich I ordered was delicious too. Take a minute, grab your kids or grands, and please consider doing business with these amazing people!“

“Before attending a Hershey’s Theatre concert Saturday night, we googled bakery and this business had most great reviews. The inside decor was so inviting and seasonally uplifting. Then looking into the two glassed dessert cases that we’re filled with cookies, scones, pies, cakes, etc, andI started picking what I can’t bake: the pumpkin tiramisu, the cheesy, savory scone, the mini pumpkin cheesecakes, the pumpkin muffin, the pecan brownie, ALL complimented by a cinnamon bun cappuccino!! OMG!The staff were hustling restocking, cleaning up because a few minutes after I paid for my desserts, seven customers walked in to purchase sweets!Mayrana, our rock star clerk, patiently guided me through the lush myriad of sugary treats. $60 later, we took a stool and chilled with a few of our selections and that perfecto coffee. In ending, just a mile south on Chocolate Avenue from city centre.“

“What is it with large corporations and the lack of signage? Since we're not staying on site and wanted to visit this coffee shop, it was VERY hard to find. After driving all over the complex (thank you GPS) & having to turn around twice due to dead-ends, we ended up parking behind the hotel in the hotel parking, where it looked like everyone needed parking permits... but an employee said we'd be fine to park there and gave us directions to the coffee shop inside. It was a bit difficult to find from that side, even with his directions, as once again NO signs. They had plenty of signs for locating your building and room... so why wouldn't they add signs for finding food and getting more $$ out of their patrons?? Once we finally found it with the hope of not being towed, we also saw where the main parking was - a HUGE lot out front. The service inside was great. They even had gluten-free blueberry muffins that were so good I almost wolfed it down before getting a photo. Fluffy and moist... not a brick or dry like most GF baked goods. They had other GF baked goods listed as well, but none were in stock. Hubs got a breakfast sandwich that he said was really good. We both got mochas - his was supposed to be iced and they made it hot (happens a lot, actually), but it was "fine"... Mine was basically a melted Reese's cup and OMG. Hands down one of THE BEST coffees I've EVER had. We will definitely be back... this time in the correct parking lot! ‍“

“I have come to the Starbucks a number of times, and each time has been a positive experience. From the manager to the barista, this restaurant has an A+ staff. Aside from some small landscaping modifications needed, I don’t see any way this Starbucks would rate as less than five out of five.I was helped by Brady at the register who is very kind and helped me make my selection. I spoke to the manager for a few moments and learned some of the awesome ways Starbucks helps their employees achieve greater success. To the team: y’all are doing a great job! Thank you!Parking: 30 spots, generally never completely full, overflow within 50ft of store in excess of 30+ more spotsWheelchair accessibility: Easily accessed front door with well maintained sidewalks, no large bumps between handicapped parking and entrance.“

“I love Starbucks and this is located right in Giant, which makes it super convenient. I frequent here pretty much weekly and the baristas working are always friendly. Sometimes there is only one person working (meaning taking orders and making drinks), so wait times can be long, however it's worth it. I always feel bad because someone always has to be rude to them! Most Starbucks have super bitey coffee, not this one! I always order a venti iced coffee, only cream and it is always perfect! The taste is significantly better than other local Starbucks. I've literally thrown away other Starbucks coffee because of the taste, which always makes me upset. I've also ordered lattes here and again, very good! I haven't tried the food, but I'm not much for bakery items or pre-made breakfast sandwiches. However, that pumpkin loaf looks amazing when it's out. I will continue to go here, as it is usually where I stop to get groceries on my way home from work.“

“Delicious coffee and fantastic ice cream. I recommended the peanut butter ripple. They have a variety of specialty coffees, sweet treats including hard and soft ice cream. They also offer several hot and cold sandwiches for breakfast and lunch. Service was excellent.“

“Anyone complaining about slow service should understand this skeleton crew gets slammed every morning. They're out of sandwiches by 11, are working to understand the new app system, and are trying their best to serve a large portion of hospital staff and patients. Every time I go, they're friendly and will joke around and have even helped me make custom drinks when I told them what I'm craving. If you treat them like humans, I'm sure you'll find they're more willing to work with your complaints.Vegetarian options: There is the impossible morning sandwich and labeling for vegetarian food options.Kid-friendliness: Being next to a pediatric department, a lot of kids come through and staff are on their best behavior and will make little ice water drinks for young ones so they can match their mom.Dietary restrictions: There is a sign for dietary restrictions, but you can ask the staff for specifics and they will do their best to work with your particular restriction. You can look things up ahead of time on starbucks website.“
