“My family & I have been going to Hershey Park since 1986, so of course we have our favorite spots. For a while it was the Turkey Leg stand, the roving cotton candy carts etc. Then my son-in-law discovered YOU!!! Your mini donuts are the NBEST, I say the VERY BEST I have ever eaten (& I worked in a German bakery for 4 years lol) You are the highlight of my day & because I love so many of your donuts I have to buy multiple buckets! I only wish, since I live in NYC, you would ship them.

“Service depends if you get one of the young kids that truly look like they've never bought food anywhere else. The owners are fantastic and always deliver the correct portion size and correct orders all with a smile and a kind word! Awesome store!“

“I had thee best experience today at this Dunkin! I originally got a latte and a when I tried it I realized it didn’t have espresso in it. I went back because I know how easy it is to make a mistake, it was no biggy! There was this man not sure of his name who had tats all over who went above and beyond to correct the mistake! “Ohmygoodness today 07/31/25 they made my day!! At the airport waiting we decided Dunkin....During the ordering it got mixed up. I figured I was jinxed because again some how I ordered everyone else's food but again mine was missing. Somehow this attendant canceled my part of the order and the rest of my family got their food. Honest mistake, I started to laugh and shared my week out loud. It was a mistake but I just went ahead and dealt with it even though I was upset. I've voiced my thought on it's always a mother's that loses out 😂 another customer agree, She laughed and we both laughed. I walked out disappointed, family was fed that's all that matters. Went across to wait for my flight.
I'm not sure the name of the individual that went ahead and made my meal and walked it over to me where I was sitting at the airport!!! 😭 That absolutely made my day !!! He didn't have to do that, but he did. Thank you!!

“I took my kids to Dunkin’ Donuts this morning to grab some donuts. I was accidentally charged for the wrong order, but the staff member quickly corrected it and issued a refund. She was friendly and apologetic, which I really appreciated. I understand that mistakes happen, and I’ll definitely give this location another try!“
