“It has happened too many times and I’m embarrassed to come get my drink fixed again. This is my stop on my way to work and when I get to work and take a sip of coffee with no sweetener, it just makes me sad 😔 The employees are nice to me but I feel bad to keep asking to remake it on my way home from work.
Edit: I’ve been there yesterday and today and my sips have me smiling at work. Thank you guys for taking the time to make my drinks and my day.“

“This is a wonderful little donut and coffee shop! They have several flavors of coffee and an entire wall of donuts! There were several booths, windows all around the shop with a view of the mountains, and the place was clean!

“I usually don’t like to leave reviews but I decided to read some of the reviews and im just so disappointed on how people would address this Dunkin off of one experience. These employees are not perfect, give them all a chance.
About 2 months ago i decided to come here and it has been by far the best one ever. Had some issues in the mornings but I figured it’s because of rush hour. Before work I would come through drive thru, the young lady (B) would take my order and that one time, that very first time, kept me coming back. Every time I come and she sees me through the screen, all she says is (girrrllll not today, come to my window). She is so funny, I just love her positive energy. Every time a new cold foam comes in, she would encourage me to try it and my drink comes out better than before. It must be on her days off, my drink always tastes different. So now I make sure I go when she’s working. Even if she doesn’t take my order, I know she’s the one making it. I am absolutely proud of her though. One day she’s in a black shirt and now she’s in a different color shirt so I know she definitely doing her job correctly. I just love that girl.“

“The Dunkin’ on Linglestown Road is a daily favorite! The staff make this place shine with their friendly and speedy service. I find myself visiting almost every day—sometimes even twice a day. Can’t imagine starting my mornings anywhere else!“

“Stopped by for an iced coffee around 1:30pm this afternoon, 7/27/2022. Two employees were working, one at drive through, the other filling orders. Neither seemed to notice I was there nor acknowledged or greeted me. I walked out. I would have gladly waited had either employee taken a moment to greet me and tell me they’d be take care of my order asap. Been there before, service is always slow“

“The chai latte was satisfactory, although slightly too sweet. The cashier, who appeared to be of Indian descent, provided excellent customer service, offering information about the area's traffic and the nearby PennDOT office. Prices were reasonable.“
