“We smelled the donuts a mile away and had to stop in. The lady at the counter was so nice, explained the difference between types, flavor info, what filling did we like..needless to say the Elvis peanut butter banana was a hot, the maple delish, all so good. Very good texture, had weight to them, icing didn't melt off.
Very tasty, go in and grab some!“

“Grew up with Maple Donuts and even used to stop there for school lunch when they use to be near West York High. Their doughnuts are always delicious, and they always have a large selection. Make sure to always try and stop by and get doughnuts when I am in town. If you have never had a Maple Donuts doughnut stop in and give them a try.“

“I go here almost every morning through the week days. The staff is excellent. Today was my worst experience. 2 young girls working. I placed my order and not one other customer around. I ordered the 3 coffees. 2 iced and 1 frozen. It took 8 minutes to get my drinks. The one girl was cleaning and the other I didn’t know was there. I beeped my horn after waiting 6 minutes with no greeting. Finally a girl comes to the window and I said I didn’t know what is going on. I been waiting and nobody acknowledged me. She said she was making our coffees which was a lie because they make them at the coffee bar. She closed the window and finally made 2 of the iced. Then finally a few minutes later I got the frozen one. I live 2 minutes away. They didn’t look correct. I got mocha which is always a dark look it .‘my son got peppermint mocha. It tasted like water. My husbands was frozen peppermint mom ha and it tasted like water. I even used my rewards which made me mad. That was 1000 points.“

I’ve gone to every Dunkin in York PA and this is the ONLY one that I can go to and order the same thing and EVERY TIME it taste amazing. It’s the consistency for me, you guys do a great job and thank you for always making me happy when I leave the drive-thru!“

“Drinks were made perfectly I was impressed compared to other Dunkin' locations. Employees were super nice and despite being slammed with customers the worker ran to help me open the door because my hands were full of drinks. Despite being a smaller location the place was clean and well designed.“

“This Dunkin is awesome and compared to others in the area, it's the best in my book. Store is clean, friendly staff, my drink is (almost) always made correctly But I understand mistakes happen, and the staff here are quick to correct it. These people wake up at 3:30am to deal with people who haven't been caffinated yet. BE KIND!Only complaint I have is that donut delivery is often late and causes issues with mobile orders!“

“Brandon & Nas are absolutely AMAZING!!!! I visit this location several times a week & these two typically work evenings. They run a tight ship to say the least. They truly are the freaking best & deserve a raise. Especially Brandon!With the world being what it is today, it can be quite brutal sometimes. Over the past few years I feel there has been a major decrease in customer service overall/ generally speaking. Regardless what service/ store.Brandon & Nas made me realize that good work ethic within our youth still does exist & I strongly feel that when it’s experienced, it needs to be shared. It also needs to & should be praised/ recognized. Not with a Dunkin gift card either. They’re the reason I continue going and paying way too much for a coffee.“
