Don’t know what happened to this location. It used to be my favorite - prices were better than any of the other York locations, order was never mixed up with another order, order was always ready, and quality was always consistent - I stopped in daily. Now, it’s a last resort. I place my order via the app and use the drive-thru. I asked them to give me extra of the marshmallow cloud foam and add it to the bottom. I was told they can't do that. It's not hard to put foam on bottom of cup and pour the coffee on top and then add more foam to the top. Starbucks dose it with there drinks. I think I'm just going to start going back to them since they seem more confident in doing there job.
Fast and Friendly! Wasn’t expecting that considering there were 5 vehicles ahead of me in the drive-thru. Well Done!
