I stopped coming to this one after I got the incorrect drink made too many times . Fast forward to today, 2 people inside and 4 cars ahead of me which by the way 3 already put their orders in.

How can one place be this bad ?
I placed an order through the mobile app this morning for your location. It said it would be ready by 10:18. I got to your store and I waited in line in the drive-through for about half an hour. told the woman at the speaker that I had a mobile order and I gave her my name. When I got to the window none of you had any clue where my mobile order was and at that point , I was going to be late to work and I didn’t have time to wait so I drove off angry.
