“We had such a wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming, the service was friendly, and the whole experience felt like a real treat.

The ice cream was absolutely delicious! It was creamy, flavorful, and exactly the kind of dessert that makes you want to come back for more. We truly enjoyed every bite.

And then, to make the experience even better, they gave us free donuts! What a lovely surprise. The donuts were fresh, delicious, and such a thoughtful gesture. Little things like that make a visit feel extra special and show how much they appreciate their customers.

We had a great time, enjoyed the food, and really appreciated the kindness and generosity. It is always nice to find a place where the people are welcoming and the experience leaves you with a smile.

“I usually order ahead on the app and the people have my order ready. It takes me at most 7 minutes to get from my place to the dunkin and i hit the order button as soon as I leave my place. Order is ready when i get there. The only difficulty is exiting the parking lot but that’s not a dunkin issue.“

“First, I must say that I love original Krispy Kreme donuts. I also like the convenience of the drive thru. During my last visit I ordered the 3CT original glazed donuts with coffee and the 24CT donut dots.
The originals were hot and delicious. My sister enjoyed the coffee and my niece and nephew devoured the donut dots.“

“I had a great experience at Dunkin’ Donuts today. The service was fast, the food was fresh, and the drinks were made perfectly. One of the workers, a lightskin dude at the counter, was especially helpful and respectful the whole time. He made sure my order was right, had a good attitude, and kept the line moving smoothly even when it got busy. It’s always nice getting good customer service like that. “I’m gonna give four stars not because the food is bad. The food is good but every time I come in here all they do is stare at you. They don’t speak. They don’t greet you It’s very awkward almost intimidating. The only person that was nice and sweet and kind hearted in there was Lia & the fact that She’s young She looks like she’s under 20 she has more communication skills than anybody inside of the entire place and a place is full of grown adults! When I came in mind you, this is my third time I actually came in and bought something because this is the first Dunkin’ Donuts on my route back and I had to say something this time because when I worked for Dunkin’ Donuts before and I know you’re supposed to greet people. “I came to this location because the location by Halethorpe Marc sucks. Anywhere, I always have my dog with me in the morning and the lady at the drive thru gave him some hashbrowns. Mayhem was very excited and enjoyed them. That's great customer service for me I'll be back. Whoever the lady was at the window on 3/13 @ 5:30ish and you gave me a couple of hasbrowns Thank You 💜💜🐶“

“best dunkin i ever been too. People are complaining about the service being slow and the food not being right, not everyday is the same day. the only that matters is the customer service you get from the staff. love the staff becoming here since i moved.“

“This might once have been a regular Dunkin, with seating and all the other things you expect at a Dunkin restaurant, but it's now little more than a pickup spot for orders submitted online in advance. You can walk in and place a order, but all you'll find is a checkout counter with no display case, 4 electronic ordering kiosks on the wall and three small tables and six chairs by the window that are better suited for sitting while waiting for your order than for eating in. There is also a drive-up window. The workers will assist the occasional walk-in customer who can't figure out the ordering kiosks, but they are mainly there to put orders together. If you're looking for a Dunkin where you can sit and enjoy a meal, select a different one.“

“The women working here are sooo sweet and patient! I came with my young son to get my birthday scoop and get him a scoop too. They patiently waited for us to make our choice and gave it to us with a smile :). Plus the ice cream is delicious, just loaded with flavors! We got pralines and cream and cherry jubilee, and ate at the tables. The store is very clean and calm at 3:30 on a weekday.

Kid-friendliness: Very kid-friendly! The server gave my son a lot of time to choose ice cream, and let him pick a few flavors. She was very patient!“

“I went through the drive-thru and ordered the sourdough breakfast sandwich. The sourdough is not the strongest sourdough – tasting bread. I am no sourdough of aficionado, but I'm used to a more strong typical sourdough-taste to my bread. However, the sandwich was otherwise fantastic! I will say it was actually better than the one I got yesterday in downtown Baltimore, but was pretty good, which is what made me seek out another.
Both got much better when I added a little mango habanero sauce and zero sugar ketchup.“
