“I love this Dunkin! I go every day I go in-person to work, and on most weekends. They are fast, the employees are very friendly, and I can honestly say that this is the only Dunkin Donuts that has NEVER gotten my order wrong. The drive-thru situation is not ideal during peak busy hours and can spill onto the main road, but that is no fault of anyone working there, and if you go inside, you can still be in and out within a few seconds.“
“Staff are nice and orders are done timely. However I placed an order for a cold brew and asked for extra cold foam. When I received my order I did not get extra cold foam. When I brought it to the cashier's attention he was trying to explain that if I put extra I will not taste the coffee as much. My thing is if I asked for extra and paid for extra please fulfil my order without an explanation!“
“I go after work. There crew there is wounderful. Dunkin is lucky to have such a customer centered team. By the time I get to the counter my order is already waiting doe me, WOW now that's impressive :)This is my very favorite location. “Try to eat only 1 munchkin, aka "Mission Impossible." Eat only 2, wow you've got some self-control. Eat only 3, you might as well eat more. ... My record is 20 munchkins in one sitting. There's nothing extravagant about DD. It gets the job done, and you will leave with a food baby. I took one star off because their hot coffee is often watered down.“

“Lady working all by herself with a line and mobile orders. She did a great job of handling it all in a timely manner, and the line seemed to be patient and understanding while it moved along. Unusual at Christmas time. Lol Everyone is always in a hurry, including myself. But reading the room, people were very compassionate. Most importantly, coffee was on point! Great job!“
“The morning crew is always super nice and super quick, especially Stephanie! She always remembers my order and makes it perfectly, and goes out of her way to talk to my 2 year old! He hurt himself in the store (his fault, not dunkin's) once, and she went above and beyond to make sure he was happy!“
“Typical Dunkin. Prices here are similar to other locations in the area. They do have a drive thru but with the layout of the lot, it can be awkward to use. Cars block the driving lanes waiting in line. Line does move relatively quick Staff here are always friendly and polite. Drinks are made correctly.“

“I love coming to this dunkin when I'm in town or on my way to class! It is easily accessible from pulaski highway. The service is always great and the staff is very kind while taking my order and payment. As for food, I always get hashbrowns and a donut or a bagel. Everything tastes fresh in the mornings. I also get a coffee or a refresher and it always tastes great! I have not been inside so I couldn't say if the ambiance is nice or not, but from the staff I always get great vibes!!“

“Visited this Dunkin with my daughter early am. Great atmosphere, nice cozy seating area. App order took a little time to fill, but they noticed me waiting and asked and filled quickly. Shelves well stocked with a strong variety of tasty looking Donuts! Bumped into my plumber while I was here. Coffees were good!“
“This place was on my list when the location was closer to me. I went once, without planning, and got nothing. Tried once at this location, again without planning *smh at myself*, and they were almost sold out. Third time's a charm because I arrived as they were opening at 6am. There were 2 of us buying doughnuts and each person/employee greeted us with the warmest smiles and gratitude. It's a small but mighty and well decorated space. All doughnuts on display to help visual shoppers like me! I grabbed half a dozen to share since it's not so close. I got a glazed, a couple Panty Droppers, a Sin Crunch, a Berry Cheesecake and a Homer. I can personally vouch for the glazed, Panty Dropper and the Sin Crunch. All samples I had were delicious. Got rave reviews for the other 2 flavors as well. Such a good experience all around, I completely understand why it's best to place an order ahead of time.“
