The staff was very friendly and efficient. The coffee was very good as usual. But the donuts could have been fresher, they seemed dry and hard. It was about 9am so they should have been fresh.
Ordering more than one item at this location is hard for these employees to comprehend. Today, my sandwich was on the pickup shelf ready to go, but my coffee was not. I thought to myself, “how does pouring a coffee into a cup take longer than making a sandwich?” ?After about 5 minutes of seeing other orders being put out, I finally ask where the other half of my order is…Turns out the coffee was just sitting behind the counter the whole time. The older tall thin middle aged man, not sure what his name is, is always extremely rude, short, and impatient when taking orders through the drive thru. I never feel welcome when he’s the one taking orders.
