Here and there you'll get people who act like this is a business the rest of the time they seem rushed and annoyed. I recently asked for a black ice coffee with almond milk on the side they said "no, no alternative milk on the side" I said Id pay extra and he refused lol...WHY!? They pour so much milk that the coffee looks like a cup of milk with a splash of coffee. Drove off and went to starbucks where it might be more expensive but I had no problems. I placed a large mobile order and it was ready and made exactly how ordered. It was busy in the store but every employee was moving and working. Seems like a well oiled machine. Excellent service, clean store.

At the Abingdon location, I was very surprised that when I asked for a cup of ice with my fancy coffee drink, they told me it would cost a dollar. Wow..no other Dunkin has ever charged me a dollar. Not that I ask often.
