About 3 weeks ago ate at box hill and had about the worst Italian Cold Cut ever , won’t be going back for quite a while!!!
The ordering process with Robin was easy and pleasant! However, the tracking number provided was not used. Without my knowledge, delivery was switched from 2 day to overnight. When I called to find out why the order had not shipped (using the original tracking number provided), I unfortunately met “Asia”. She was unable to provide the new tracking information, and was nasty. I called back later in the day, having still not received the promised email, only to be told...read full review

For sides, the coleslaw and sauce may not be for everyone, and the french fries are shoestring style, though some prefer the thicker fries from the past. Beyond crabcakes, the pizza is a go-to, especially hot fresh out of the oven. The cheesesteaks are super big and stuffed, and the subs and open-faced sandwiches are very good, with the roast beef recommended over the turkey. The delicious fried chicken is a definitely-filling meal, and the desserts are yummy. The seating can get a bit cramped, but takeout is available.
