My 1st time there, the food was ok, onion rings were over cooked and too hard for my liking. The crabcakes were too moist and too much fillers. The service started out great. Our server left, and our next server had the personality of Cruella Deville. Would I go back, maybe.. but I seriously doubt it. Travel time to the establishment 1 1/2 hour.

If we could give this place 10 stars, we would. The food was incredible (must try the crab pretzel)!As wonderful as the food was, the service was a top experience in any restaurant, ever! Theresa was so unbelievably warm and sweet to our 2 children . She made sure everyone had everything we needed and then some! She even had games and toys for the baby and kept Mama's wine glass full! I can't recommend this place enough ans hope we'll pass through town soon to return!

Lots of great reviews but it' was mid . Seafood platter lacked flavor abd was just ok. Not a fan of the pizza was sauce less seriously you need a huge side of marinara if you gonna ear the pizza. Server was nice. Tator tots had good crisp. The dessert was better then the food. Strawberry shortcake ?
The pizza was fair hardly any toppings and soooo expensive a medium cheese pizza and a large 3 toppings 41$ and a 5$ tipdon't mind paying if it was quality. Papa johns cheaper and more toppings and pats pizza is better. Very dissapointed. Don't know what the hype is about this placeMaybe it's the crabcakes? But wanted pizza. After all it's a pizza placeThe carryout service was good the place seemed clean people friendly. Doubt I will make the trip to this place again.

The menu is so extensive which made it hard to pick something! I decided to go with the rockfish platter and I chose the fries and coleslaw as my sides. The rockfish was amazing ?! Must admit the garlic bread was surprisingly delicious! The fries and coleslaw were pretty tasty as well. The special sauce that came with the platter was also pretty good. The staff and atmosphere were fantastic! I’d recommend this place to anyone!

I've been coming to box Hill for over a decade now and it's been a great part of my childhood and early adult life. The food is the best you can get and to this day it tastes like how it did when I was kid and I will never stop coming here. (My favorites are the cheeseburger sub and shrimp jammers appetizer)

Came here for lunch and our waitress Theresa was one of the best waitresses we have had in a long while. She is so friendly and you can tell really cares about her job and the guests who come in. We had 3 little kids with us and she helped us when one of our kids had a drink spill. We will definitely be back and I hope we get her as a waitress again!

Can’t recommend it enough.Not only is the food some of the best I have ever eaten anywhere in the country (Good luck finding a better crab cake in the world), but the staff….The staff here is second to none. Everyone is so darn nice and pleasant here it is hard to believe that you are in a restaurant. When I say all the staff, I don’t mean just our waitress - I mean every single staff member we crossed treated us like we were family. When we left, even the chefs were calling after us from inside the kitchen to “drive safe and to have a great night.”Honestly I wish I was good with names so that I could give everyone who works there a personal shout out.This is definitely on my list of places to go every time I find myself in Maryland.
