This used to be my favorite Dunkin in Middle River, not any more. Today I placed a mobile order for pick-up at 9:45. I got in the drive thru lane at 9:43. At 9:52 I told the person I was there for my mobile order. When I arrived at the window she was line a deer caught in the headlights. My 9:45 pick-up hadn’t been started. I was told I had to drive around the front and come in the store. The man in the store told me they start the order when you arrive. WHAT, many weekly...read full review
The staff is lazy and rude. I went to go pick up an coffee and they staff made me wait an extra 15 because they messed up the order
