I stopped at this particular Dunkin Donuts on my way home this evening. I've frequented this location many times before and have always been assisted in the most professional manner, usually by a man named Vishnu. Today was the complete opposite and I don't know if these individuals were new hires or just simply didn't know how to treat customers. It's amazing to me how a large chain like Dunkin could vary so wildly in speed and quality. I generally visit the Hyde Park location near my home which is always on point. Super fast and good food. Unfortunately, I stopped at this location in Middle River because I was in that area. I place sam On-the-Go order on the app and pulled to the drive thru. Only two cars in front of me.
