Today, June 10, 8:40 am, I went to Dunkin Dounut located at 901 Middle River. A woman answered me through the microphone who spoke to me as if it bothered her to take my order. When I got to the window, she handed me my order and gave me my coffee uncovered and I threw it all over myself, my car and my clothes were flooded with coffee, I complained to her because she had that bad attitude, and I told her that if she did not want to attend to her, she was rude from the beginning The moment I took my order, she did not apologize and went back and she and a robust Afro-American woman called me bad words in Spanish, in front of the customers of the store who were buying, the woman who served me is Latina Robust and after spilling the coffee on me, she said something to the other worker who started to say bad words to me, I was in shock. I have never seen workers who said bad words to their clients, I am Latina and I understood perfectly ,my family that was in the car also heard it, I can't believe that people who speak Spanish teach others to say those words to the public, please take action with these two women, the words they said to me were D... The B..., and not only did they not apologize but they also insulted me, I hope the Manager checks the cameras and does something about it.

I wanted so much to love this location but they have let me down for the third time since this year (2023) has started and, ultimately, overall. I usually order via drive-through. I went one day and ordered a caramel latte with extra caramel and received a regular coffee. I didn’t feel like the drive back so I kept it. Another day, I asked for the same order and received a cup full of warm cream. When I went back to the store , I wasn’t even greeted at the counter and everyone sped past with not even a “Hello. We’ll be right with you”. I had to say excuse me to get someone’s attention in which they tried to make me wait even longer until I explained why I returned to the store. I always believe in giving chances to redeem but today was the straw that broke the camels back. I asked for a chai latte with oat milk and what I received was coffee… with oat milk??‍♀️. Customer retention will go down the drain at this rate.

I placed a mobile order for this location 22 minutes before they closed. It was a simple iced and hot coffee. After sitting at the drive thru speaker and no one responding, I pulled to the window. Still no one came. I ended up having to call twice on the phone for a young girl to answer and finally come to the window. There were two cars behind me in the drive thru line. Each car had to honk for service because they weren't wearing the headset for drive thru. I understand wanting to close early, but when you're open til 8pm, you need to serve customers til 8pm.Dietary restrictions: Dairy allergy

I stopped at this particular Dunkin Donuts on my way home this evening. I've frequented this location many times before and have always been assisted in the most professional manner, usually by a man named Vishnu. Today was the complete opposite and I don't know if these individuals were new hires or just simply didn't know how to treat customers. I placed my order (medium iced coffee and a chocolate glazed donut). As I drove up to the window, a pedestrian, a young lady crosses right in front of me as in to say "you will stop for me, I'm getting my order" Immediately I say there is a pedestrian walking in front of my truck in the drive through line. The window associate, "Omar" said she's a manager. I said regardless of who she is she is still a pedestrian walking in front of me to pick up an order for herself. "Omar" says again (with attitude) she is the manager as he tries to pass me the wrong order. Him nor the manager "Deana?" (I asked for names) never said excuse me, my apologies, nothing. The only polite person was the individual "Latonya" (I'm guessing that's her name...the tattoo on her neck said Latonya) who apologized. All this and my chocolate covered donut was stale and the supposed to be sweetened iced coffee barely had any sugar. It's not that I won't recommend this location or that I won't return, I'm just disturbed by how we have young adults (not all) who lack being courteous or even care. Think I'll change up my routine for a little bit. #notrunningonDunkin #whereisvishnu

Owner is a grump. Shouldn't be in customer service. His family doesn't know English, so there is a huge language barrier. I've given them so many chances, because the are close by, and they never get my order correct. Their lattes taste like all milk foam. Sometimes the milk is on the verge of sour. Their donuts are always stale. They have lost a customer! My change was incorrect as well as my food!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would... I go a couple times a week due to convenience. But it seems that I should just drive somewhere else. The staff is very impolite and demonstrates poor hospitality. Every time I go through the drive thru they mess up my order. Every.single.time... I've had one of the employees roll their eyes at me, and another complain and say "oh my god" after I asked for the whip cream on my iced latte that he had forgotten was on my order. I have also "argued" with one of the ladies because I asked for a cranberry orange muffin and she had given me blueberry. I asked another employee who oversaw the exchange and it was most definitely a blueberry muffin. Do not come here. This place needs new owners and new staff!!! The bathrooms are horrid as well.

I get the 2 egg & cheese wraps often, but this last time one of the wraps had a quarter piece of an egg, and the other wrap had a 1/2 piece of an egg, but looked like a bite had been taken out of it. I highly doubt someone took a bite of it, but that's what it looked like. I used to go out of my way to go there, but I will NEVER go to that location again. Awful.
